Saludos para esta Comunidad, sigo compartiendo con ustedes mi experiencia de ser padre y aprovecho para participar en este #challenge y contarles un poco sobre la comiquita favorita de mis hijas y también un poco de como batallo con sus rabietas que son muy a menudo.
Greetings to this Community, I continue to share with you my experience of being a father and I take the opportunity to participate in this #challenge and tell you a little about my daughters' favorite comic and also a little about how I fight with their tantrums that are very often.
Desde que las niñas estaban pequeñas han visto muchas comiquitas y no habían tenido una favorita, veían casi todas del canal Disney pero desde cierta edad conocieron a Peppa Pig y nació el amor. Esta ha sido su comiquita preferida por mucho aunque no es que no vean otras, pero Peppa Pig tiene un espacio diferente porque durante un tiempo querían todo de ella incluyendo juguetes, ropa y otras cosas, pero poco a poco fuimos sacando la obsesión e incluyendo otras comiquitas y personajes. He leído sobre esta serie y hay un estudio realizado en Harvard que asegura que Peppa Pig hace que los niños desarrollen problemas de adaptación social ya que su personaje principal tiene un síndrome de superioridad y resulta ser un poco egoísta. Por otro lado hay muchos reportajes como uno de la ABC donde explican los puntos positivos de la serie y sus personajes pero no me quiero basar en eso sino en mi opinión y en mi experiencia. Puedo decir que me agrada la simplicidad de su diseño, colores, formas y narrativa y es porque ha ayudado a mi pequeña de dos años a distinguir colores, formas y a memorizar frases, nombres y otras cosas. Además creo que nos enseña a los padres a como enfrentar los retos de la paternidad como por ejemplo repetir el NO para todo, y otras cosas que hacen que con tranquilidad deje que mis hijas sigan viendo esta comiquita en los horarios que su mamá considera.
Since the girls were little they have seen many comics and had not had a favorite, they watched almost all of the Disney channel but from a certain age they met Peppa Pig and love was born. This has been their favorite comic for a long time, although it is not that they do not see others, but Peppa Pig has a different space because for a time they wanted everything from her including toys, clothes and other things, but little by little we got rid of the obsession and included others comic books and characters. I have read about this series and there is a study carried out at Harvard that ensures that Peppa Pig causes children to develop problems of social adaptation since her main character has a superiority syndrome and turns out to be a bit selfish. On the other hand, there are many reports such as one of the ABC where they explain the positive points of the series and its characters but I do not want to base myself on that but on my opinion and my experience. I can say that I like the simplicity of its design, colors, shapes and narrative and it is because it has helped my two year old to distinguish colors, shapes and to memorize phrases, names and other things. I also believe that it teaches us parents how to face the challenges of parenthood, such as repeating the NO for everything, and other things that make me calmly let my daughters continue to see this comic at the times that their mother considers.
En cuanto a las rabietas, mi esposa dice que ellas hacen mas rabietas conmigo que con ella y es porque yo no tengo tanta paciencia. Ahora paso mucho tiempo trabajando y ella esta aquí en la casa con ellas así que todo es paz, pero cuando yo llego ya comienza el desastre jajaja pero la explicación es que yo soy muy echador de broma y me gusta un poco molestarlas. Además ella tiene sus técnicas para negociar con ellas cuando quieren algo que no podemos darle o hacer algo que en el momento no se puede, ella tiene esa habilidad que yo no tengo entonces mi mejor manera de lidiar con las rabietas es pedirle ayuda a mi esposa y que ella calme la tormenta. Pero a la hora de regañar o llamar la atención ella me pide ayuda a mi porque soy quien les pone un poquito mas de carácter. Además las comiquitas son un privilegio que pueden tener si son respetuosas y controlan sus rabietas.
As for the tantrums, my wife says that they throw more tantrums with me than with her and it is because I do not have so much patience. Now I spend a lot of time working and she is here in the house with them so everything is peace, but when I arrive the disaster begins hahaha but the explanation is that I am very joking and I like to bother them a bit. In addition, she has her techniques to negotiate with them when they want something that we cannot give or do something that at the moment cannot, she has that ability that I do not have so my best way to deal with tantrums is to ask my wife for help And may she calm the storm But when it comes to scolding or drawing attention, she asks me for help because I am the one who gives them a little more character. In addition, comiquitas are a privilege that they can have if they are respectful and control their tantrums.
