Feliz día mis queridos mamis y papis de @motherhood un fuerte abrazo para todos ustedes y para sus pequeños espero que se encuentren muy bien llenos de bendiciones y mucha salud, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el mejor regalo para nuestros hijos son los abrazos de osos 🫂🐻

Un abrazo es muy importante para todos porque cuando abrazamos a nuestros pequeños reforzamos su sistema inmune , su sentimiento de seguridad de estar a salvo no hay mayor tranquilidad para un pequeño que cuando lo abrazamos es por esto que al salir del colegio cuando los retiró les doy un fuerte abrazo 🫂 de ya estás con mamá todo está bien para nuestros pequeños somos nosotros su persona favorita , esos abrazos de mis pequeños son los momentos más felices.

Cuando despiertan no hay nada más hermoso que darles un fuerte abrazo 🫂 dónde les digo los amo y que hoy es un lindo día para despertar esto hace que los pequeños despierten con amor y con mucho más ánimo para empezar el dia y realmente son los abrazos más ricos del mundo yo quisiera congelar esos momentos y más cuando personas con niños más grandes en edad adolescencia me cuentan que ya a esa edad los niños no les gusta dar abrazos 😞, espero de verdad que mis pequeños siempre quieran abrazar a mamá 😍.

A hug is very important for everyone because when we hug our little ones we reinforce their immune system , their feeling of security of being safe there is no greater peace of mind for a little one than when we hug them that is why when we leave school when I pick them up I give them a strong hug 🫂 of you are with mom everything is ok for our little ones we are their favorite person , those hugs from my little ones are the happiest moments.

When they wake up there is nothing more beautiful than giving them a big hug 🫂 where I tell them I love them and that today is a nice day to wake up, this makes the little ones wake up with love and with much more encouragement to start the day and really are the richest hugs in the world I would like to freeze those moments and more when people with older children in adolescence tell me that at that age children do not like to give hugs 😞, I really hope that my little ones always want to hug mom 😍.

Los abrazos también son muy importantes en esos momentos dificiles donde nuestros pequeños están llenos de rabia , de irá y es allí donde plantamos unas semillitas de comprensión y aceptación para que exista la confianza y así ellos se sientan más tranquilos a pesar de las emociones que están sintiendo, los abrazos de mis hijos creo que los necesito yo más que ellos jajajaja porque siempre los extraño cuando no estoy con ellos y me dan ese abrazo 🤗 es lo mejor me da fuerzas para mí vida de adulto 🤣.

Nuestros hijos siempre serán nuestra mayor bendición y no hay nada más hermoso para nosotras como mamás que dar abrazos 🤗 y sentirnos amados , yo abrazo a mis pequeños para dormir 💤 ellos así se sienten seguro y les ayuda a conciliar el sueño de una manera más rápida ya que un abrazo trasmite confianza, tranquilidad y seguridad son actos de amor importante y siempre tienen que ser sin incomodar al niño , dar abrazos es importante que el niño quiera darlo nada de estar obligando al niño a tener que abrazar a familiares ni amigos .
