Desde que soy mamá e leído que las pantallas no son buenas para los niños y aunque lo sabía mis hijos tienen pantalla pero e tratado de controlarlas colocando horario y límites pues realmente e visto que pueden ser muy dañinas a pesar de ser innovación tecnológica es por esto que trato de limitarlas un poco porque bueno tener dos no es nada fácil y aunque muchos digan es más fácil juegan ambos pues no es así los hermanos siempre pelean y los míos no son la excepción viven peleando como perros y gatos diría mi abuela así que bueno les dejo usar tablets un rato los fines de semana y días libres de escuelas y trato que nunca la usen cuando es hora de comer ya que comer frente a pantallas hace que el niño no socialice en la mesa no desguste bien los alimentos y no tienen una correcta masticación, además demora muchísimo en comer ya que está distraído con el teléfono o tablet .

Nunca se le debe dar una tablet a un niño solo porque hizo un berrinche porque muchas veces para calmar al niño le decimos si dejas de llorar te presto la tablet y esto el niño lo volverá un chantaje donde el niño cada vez que desee la tablet llorara por esta razón hay que poner límites , tampoco es recomendable pantallas antes de acostarse de dormir esto les trae problemas de conducta , trastorno de sueño y entran en ansiedad porque quieren ver más y más comiquitas o jugar más y se sobre estimulan .

Que no usen tablet no es imposible es por esta razón que es mejor ponerlos a dibujar y colorear, leerles cuentos , bailar y hasta hacer ejercicio mis pequeños yo los veo con mejor ánimo y se comportan mejor cuando no usan pantallas pues ellos aprenden a compartir un poco más y a pelear menos , con las pantallas más que todo Ethan quiere vivir jugando y querer hacer lo que hace en el videojuego y no está nada bien es por esto que prefiero mil veces que estén alejado de las tablets que aunque son tecnologías aún no están en edad de poder entender sus beneficios.
Así que mamita y papito para mí lo mejor es eliminar las pantallas a la hora de comer, a la hora de dormir, a la hora de algunas actividades académicas y a la hora de querer calmarlos por alguna emoción .
