Hola amigos de motherhood, espero estén bien!! He estado pensando lo importante que es para el ser humano sentirse querido, respetado, aceptado, la convivencia diaria con nuestros seres más amados, el saber que cuando llegas a casa vas a encontrar un ambiente de armonía y aquellas personas que te animan a seguir luchando, que si tuviste un día difícil son capaces de hacerte sonreír, llenarte de cariño y de esa forma cambiar el día gris por uno lleno de colores. Los niños también sienten esa necesidad de atención, de contacto humano, de cariño, yo siempre trato de compartir el mayor tiempo de calidad posible con mi hijo, en esta oportunidad quiero contarles que ya se acerca el fin del segundo momento en su colegio y con ese motivo, las maestras me pidieron el favor de ayudarlas en la elaboración de unos ponquecitos, y mi hijo de 5 años se ofreció a ser mi ayudante, se imaginan fue toda una aventura.
Nos dispusimos a buscar todos los ingredientes, siempre trato de integrarlo a las actividades del hogar para así hacerlo sentir parte de la dinámica familiar, le pedí que busque la harina en la despensa, la leche. El muy obediente y entusiasmado iba trayendo todos los ingredientes, por mi parte yo preparaba la batidora, encendía el horno, luego con su ayuda fuimos midiendo las cantidades de esta formó lo incentivo a familiarizarse con las cantidades gramos, kilos, unidades claro todo acorde a su edad. Comenzó la mejor parte la preparación le encanta partir los huevos, aunque se llena todos las manos, dejo que lo realice es la única forma de que adquiera la destreza, buscamos un tazón grande y comenzó a batir agregamos el azúcar y la mantequilla cada ingrediente que íbamos colocando él iba probándolo, diciendo que estaba quedando delicioso, yo por mi parte le preguntaba los sabores y las texturas de cada cosa.
Llego el momento de colocar la harina le encanta porque cuando pasa la batidora se levanta una nube y él dice que forma tinieblas, también colocamos la leche alternando cada uno, ya casi estaba terminado y el cada momento más ansioso, se distrajo por un momento y levanto la batidora aun encendida de la mezcla, todo se salpico, no pudimos evitar reír a carcajadas, sin embargo después le explique debía ayudarme a limpiar porque siempre debemos dejar todo ordenado y limpio para que no lleguen hormigas u otros animalitos desagradables, llego el final de la elaboración, apagamos la batidora y como ya es costumbre me pidió las varillas de la misma para saborear la mezcla, en ese momento siempre recuerdo a mi mama cuando se negaba a que nosotros hiciéramos eso porque nos podía doler el estómago.
Colocamos la mezcla es los moldes con sus capacillos y al horno, en realidad quedaron muy ricos y esponjocitos, mi hijo quería comerlos todos pero era para el compartir de su colegio. Fue un tarde divertida, diferente y que puedo asegurar que quedara en su memoria para siempre o por lo menos en la mía si, a veces esas cosas tan cotidianas se convierten en una gran aventura y un recuerdo invaluable, muchas veces pensamos que necesitamos salir a un lugar específico o tener cierta cantidad de dinero para hacer a nuestros hijos felices pero con el simple hecho de incorporarlo alguna actividad del día a día los haces vivir un rato feliz que atesoraran. Ahora cada día mi hijo me pregunta si podemos hacer un pastel todos los días.

Children also feel that need for attention, human contact, affection, I always try to share as much quality time as possible with my son, in this opportunity I want to tell you that the end of the second period in his school is approaching and for that reason, the teachers asked me the favor of helping them in the preparation of some little cakes, and my 5 year old son offered to be my assistant, you can imagine it was quite an adventure.
We set out to look for all the ingredients, I always try to integrate him to the household activities to make him feel part of the family dynamics, I asked him to look for the flour in the pantry, the milk. He was very obedient and enthusiastic as he brought all the ingredients, on my part I prepared the mixer, turned on the oven, then with his help we were measuring the quantities, I encouraged him to become familiar with the quantities in grams, kilos, units, of course, all according to his age. He started the best part of the preparation, he loves to break the eggs, although he fills all his hands, I let him do it, it is the only way for him to acquire the skill, we looked for a big bowl and started to beat, we added the sugar and the butter, each ingredient that we were adding, he was tasting it, saying that it was getting delicious, I asked him the flavors and textures of each thing.
It was time to put the flour, he loves it because when he passes the mixer a cloud rises and he says it forms darkness, we also put the milk alternating each one, it was almost finished and he was more anxious every moment, he got distracted for a moment and lifted the mixer still on, everything splashed, we could not help but laugh out loud, However, later I explained to him that he should help me clean up because we should always leave everything tidy and clean so that ants or other unpleasant animals do not arrive, the end of the elaboration came, we turned off the mixer and as usual he asked me for the mixer rods to taste the mixture, at that moment I always remember my mother when she refused to let us do that because it could hurt our stomachs.
We put the mixture in the molds with their layers and baked them in the oven, they were really delicious and fluffy, my son wanted to eat them all but it was for his school. It was a fun afternoon, different and I can assure you that it will remain in his memory forever or at least in mine, sometimes these everyday things become a great adventure and a priceless memory, many times we think we need to go out to a specific place or have a certain amount of money to make our children happy but with the simple fact of incorporating some activity of the day to day you make them live a happy time that they will treasure. Now every day my son asks me if we can make a cake every day.
