Hello good morning 😚 my dear HIVE ecosystem, today I write this post to call the attention of parents and representatives of our little ones.
Yesterday in the nursery we received a one and a half year old infant who was admitted with a Dx of reptile bite 🐍.
According to the mother, the infant was playing with a pot in the garden of her house and after a while she saw that it began to jump, she took it seriously and went to check it thinking it was ants, when she saw nothing, she carried it and in view of the insistent crying of the child she checked it and that is when she noticed the puncture marks and went straight to the hospital.
When we admitted the infant we immediately called the service in charge of this type of accidents (so to speak), the pertinent measures were taken and the protocol of the Anti/ophidic serum was started and applied.
The snake in question is the very named in my country Venezuela Mapanare and in other countries Terciopelo its venom is highly lethal luckily arrived in time to be treated.
Tomemos previsiones.
It is important to explore before taking our children to open spaces and more if we live in mountainous areas or where we know we can take us with these reptiles more! Let's take precautions.
