MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY! !
Would you rather tell yourself that you're enough? Mother's capability to bring children here in this world is amazingly awesome. Not all children are given a chance to think critically about the goodness of a mother. Me, as we celebrate her birthday, I wanted her to feel that I still remember her birthday. In my case, I am not fond of telling these three words, I LOVE YOU to my parents, but I showed it to her through action, I put that feeling or love deep within. Ate Donna(mom's friend) informed me, that he would surprise my mom with a cake, and on my part, I prepared something to cook, I let my husband purchase meat for dinner. As I can see, she's very happy with her grandchildren celebrating her birthday. This was a sort of unexpected happening since I am busy with my work, my husband asked me what to prepare for dinner, and that's it, I gave him the money and let him cook for my mom's birthday.

What I really like about celebrating a birthday is, I want everybody can eat the cake, because my thinking is, if somebody wasn't able to eat the cake during somebody's birthday, that is not a birthday you were attending to, that is just only a simple day. I would be very happy if all members of the family could eat and celebrate a certain occasion.
About my mom!!
During my mom's birthday, I wished her good health, and God will strengthen her faith in HIM no matter what. As far as I can remember, she is very tough, a pious mother to her six (6) children, and commiserates with others who are in pain. Yes, she is very strict, like, she doesn't like dirt on the floor, dust on the couch, or dirty products of washed clothes, and I wasn't able to experience the disco in our barangay during my teenage days, because it was a big NO to her. One of the perks about my mom that makes her more beautiful in the eyes of my father, is that she's really good at cooking food or making a dessert, either on occasion or just normal day. I think all of us have a lot of positive words to describe a mother, all mothers around the world really doing their best and yes, they never fail to do their very best job in their position.
What are the Characteristics of being a Good mother ?
As a mother of two, I am so blessed to create my own family, that my parents are still here in this world. I would have not been here without them.
So, here are the characteristics of a good mother, congratulation to you as a reader, if you have these the following characteristics:
- Unconditional Love, a good mother or parent always stays at the back and keeps on watching their children's needs.
- Compassionate, showing sympathy towards others, especially if someone is in a bad situation.
- Supportive, as parents, they also show support to their children, like they always stand by children's backs.
- Patient, parents accept their children no matter what kind of behavior that child is, and being a patient mom is very rewarding, like how bad the situation is.
A lot to describe or characteristics of a good mother, but I just want to give only four, because I want you to write yours, like your good characteristics as a mom/first-time mom, or the goodness of your mom, you may write that one in the comment section.
My Insights
As a mother, let us not stop giving our mothers a gift not only during their birthdays but also in their everyday breathing here in this world. Life is full of struggles, as an adult, let us help them as a payback for the goodness they showed to us when we were still a child. Let us be open-minded to new ideas from them because the true teacher is our parents. Our mother is our first friend who accepted us and cultivated our character to be better ones now. Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, MOM! Let me say here, thank you for the food that you sent to me when I was at work.
