Buenas mi querida comunidad de Motherhood, el día de hoy les traigo a uno pequeños típs de equipaje que nos pueden ser muy útiles al momento de viajar con nuestros hijos, salir el hogar con nuestros pequeños ya sean una corta salida de fin de semana o unas largas vacaciones representa un pequeño reto, muchas veces nos angustiamos sobre qué llevar y terminamos con un maleta enorme de cosas innecesarias con la excusa de "por si acaso" o por otro lado tratando de empacar lo menos posible olvidamos cosas que son realmente importantes tener a la mano y solo nos damos cuenta en el momento que las necesitamos. Ahora les voy a compartir como planeo mis equipajes para viajes cortos.
Lo primero y más importante es tener en cuenta cuantos días estaremos de viaje, tomare de ejemplo un fin de semana visitando a mi hermana en la hermosa ciudad de Mérida, el plan es pasar 2 días recorriendo la ciudad y disfrutando de las maravillas que ofrece, la idea seria salir temprano el día sábado y regresarnos el domingo por la tarde, con eso en cuenta comencemos a armar la lista de todo lo necesario para nuestro equipaje.
Como el primer día saldríamos con la ropa que pasaremos toda el día solo tendríamos que meter en el equipaje la muda de ropa del día domingo y otra muda de ropa en caso de que el viaje se alargue inesperadamente (Cada muda consta de Pantalón, Franela y Abrigo para frío), también aconsejo llevar 2 franelas extras porque por lo general los niños tienden a mancharse ya sea con comida o jugando y así tenemos a la mano algo para cambiarlos, también hay que incluir cosas como medias y ropa interior uno de cada uno por día y otro para la muda extra, no debemos olvidar la pijama teniendo en cuenta el clima del lugar, una que sea bien abrigada. Como el viaje es bastante corto con un solo par de zapatos es más que suficiente; sin embargo como últimamente en Mérida está lloviendo mucho yo además llevaré unas botas para lluvia, también un impecable y un gorro para el frío.
Algo indispensable sin importar si el viaje es corto o largo sería un pequeño botiquín de medicinas, yo en el mio llevo Ibuprofeno que sirve no solo para la fiebre si no también para el dolor y la inflamación, antialérgicos, un termómetro, gotas para la nariz, crema antipañalitis, crema para las picadas, una inyectadora para administrar las medicinas de ser necesario, algunas curitas, un poco de alcohol y algodón en caso de tener que atender algún raspón o herida, este pequeño botiquín yo suelo llevarlo en un pequeño neceser en mi bolso de mano para tenerlo a la mano sin importar el lugar donde nos encontremos.
Algo que no podemos olvidar son los artículos de higiene personal, cosas como shampoo, jabón de baño, crema dental, cepillo de dientes,en mi caso mi pequeña aun usa pañales para estar en la calle y para dormir, así que incluyo toallitas húmeda y pañales desechables, repelente, protector solar, papel de baño, crema de peinar, cepillo para el cabello, todos los líquidos deben ir aparte en un porta cosméticos o bolso pequeño, de ser posible que sea con forro de plástico interno para que en caso de haber derrames de algún tipo no ensucie las demás cosas en nuestro equipaje. Otro artículo importante es una toalla para el momento del baño y paños de tela para limpiar cualquier suciedad, secarse las manos luego de lavarlas o por si es necesario soplar la nariz.
Y con esto nuestro equipaje estaría listo para viajar, estos artículos son los básicos que a mi parecer se deben llevar en cada viaje sin embargo depende mucho del lugar de destino y las necesidades de cada niño, también influye la cantidad de días que se piensa estar fuera del hogar. Algunas cosas extras que yo llevo es un termo para el agua y vasos pequeños, también un par de juguetes para que se entretenga si nos toca esperar en algún sitio por ejemplo un restaurante. Espero que esta publicación les haya gustado y también les ayude para el momento en que debían empacar para viajar y de esta forma no se les presente ningún imprevisto que no puedan solventar.
How to pack for traveling with our little ones
Good morning my dear community of Motherhood, today I bring you some small luggage tips that can be very useful when traveling with our children, leaving home with our little ones whether it is a short weekend trip or a long vacation represents a small challenge, many times we get anxious about what to bring and end up with a huge suitcase of unnecessary things with the excuse of "just in case" or on the other hand trying to pack as little as possible we forget things that are important to have on hand and we only realize at the time we need them. Now I am going to share with you how I plan my luggage for short trips.
The first and most important thing is to consider how many days we will be traveling, I will take as an example a weekend visiting my sister in the beautiful city of Merida, the plan is to spend 2 days touring the city and enjoying the wonders it offers, the idea would be to leave early on Saturday and return on Sunday afternoon, with that in mind we begin to assemble the list of everything we need for our luggage.
On the first day, we would leave with the clothes that we will spend the whole day we would only have to put in the luggage the change of clothes for Sunday and another change of clothes in case the trip is unexpectedly extended (Each change consists of pants, flannel, and coat for cold), I also advise to bring 2 extra flannels because usually, children tend to get stained either with food or playing and so we have on hand something to change them, we must also include things like socks and underwear one of each per day and another for the extra change, we must not forget the pajamas considering the climate of the place, one that is very warm. As the trip is quite short with only one pair of shoes is more than enough; however as lately in Merida, it is raining a lot I will also take some rain boots, also a raincoat and a hat for the cold.
Something indispensable no matter if the trip is short or long would be a small first aid kit of medicines, in mine I carry Ibuprofen that serves not only for fever but also for pain and inflammation, anti-allergic, a thermometer, nose drops, antipañalitis cream, cream for bites, an injector to administer the medicines if necessary, some band-aids, some alcohol and cotton in case I have to take care of a scrape or wound, this small first aid kit I usually carry in a small bag in my handbag to have it at hand no matter where we are.
Something we can not forget is the personal hygiene items, things like shampoo, bath soap, toothpaste, and toothbrush, in my case my little one still uses diapers to be in the street and to sleep, so I include wet wipes and disposable diapers, repellent, sunscreen, toilet paper, combing cream, hairbrush, toilet paper, combing cream, hairbrush, all liquids should go separately in a cosmetic bag or small bag, if possible with an internal plastic lining so that in case of spills of any kind does not dirty the other things in our luggage. Another important item is a towel for bath time and cloth cloths to clean any dirt, dry your hands after washing them, or in case it is necessary to blow your nose.
And with this our luggage would be ready to travel, these items are the basics that in my opinion should be taken on every trip, however, it depends a lot on the destination and the needs of each child, also influences the number of days you plan to be away from home. Some extra things that I carry are a thermos for water and small glasses, also a couple of toys to entertain him if we have to wait somewhere, for example, a restaurant.
