Today's day started with some office work. I still couldn't imagine that my day was going to be so bad. Shortly after noon, I was forced to pack up my office work and head home because my son Eyan suddenly became very ill. I was really worried when I suddenly got a call from my wife. Then I quickly headed home.
Actually, I don't have a clear head in such a situation, so I was running home as fast as I could. As soon as I entered the house, I clearly understood my wife's anxiety. I was trying to understand the situation at home then. After a while, my son started having diarrhea and loose stools again. In fact, it feels really bad to see my son's illness right before my eyes.
When my son was born, he was very sick and was in the ICU for about two months. I faced those times with great courage because God was always there to help me. At that time, the doctor said his condition was critical, but I treated him with faith in God alone, and he recovered.
After that, he got sick many times, but every time I would get nervous. Why does his illness always make me so worried? It's a feeling I probably can't describe in words. He was three years and five months old and had been healthy for quite some time. When he's happy, he runs around the house and makes the whole house crazy. His silence today is hurting me a lot 🥺
I took him to the doctor in the evening and gave him some medicine. He doesn't want to eat at all, that's the biggest problem. I tried very hard to get him to eat some food. Then I was able to take the medicines. I ask everyone to pray for his recovery 🙏

It’s really worrying when a child is feeling ill and even though I’m not yet a parent, I can relate.
I’m happy he was able to eat a little and also use his medication. I pray he feels way better before the next day.
And please, try to worry less and just be attentive to his needs, he will be fine. 🫂❤️
Thank you, sister. I always try to stay calm during his illness, but I get so anxious and everything starts to fall apart. Anyway, please pray that he recovers quickly.
You’re welcome, Hassan.
I know it’s so hard not to worry in a situation like this but the truth is, there is nothing you can do that you are not doing so the rest is left to God.
Just stay strong at least for your wife. 🫂
