wow, how good it would be for my diet to start incorporating such a superfood for the brain. The best thing is that in this way it is very practical for day to day. Thank you for bringing us a simple way to make this nutritional powder.

Itis fantastic for literally every part of our immune system and brain. The fibre it contains feeds our gut bacteria which produce serotonin which gets transferred to our brain to help it function better. Wow!
