Hello everyone!
Today a recipe: (4 portions)
Porcini mushroom egg skillet
(I recommend it for breakfast)
You need:
-approx. 750 g (1.6 pounds) Porcini mushrooms
-2 onions
-200g ham cubes or bacon (ca. 0,5 pounds)
-8 eggs
-Fresh parsley
-2 rolls from the day before (bread works too..toast also).
-butter...who wants herb butter
-Salt and pepper
That are the Porcini mushrooms...be careful to get the right ones...
Preparation:
cut rolls, toast or bread into small cubes
-> Fry in hot butter...until it has a golden brown color....cut onions and mushrooms into the desired shape...best strips...and in any case clean properly before...
mushrooms, onions and ham cubes or bacon in a separate pan over high heat briefly fry (about 3 min)
Beat 8 eggs and add fresh parsley (as much as you want...as you like it)...Stir in a bowl until yolk and egg white are completely mixed...season with salt and pepper.
Add everything together and cook over medium heat until browned to your liking.
good appetite and enjoy ;)
I recommend to eat it with a nice herb butter bread...
That's how it should like...the eggs are still missing...
Thanks for reading and I hope you like it
Easy and simply delicious recipe, this should feed a family of about four to five adults.
Good photography and detail, looks so good who is going to wait for breakfast?

heh, when they are added one cannot see any shrooms in a pan :P
and I do understand why your post do not contain photo #3 - ha, the omelet was eaten! disappeared in a fraction of a few minutes, nobody could resist and wait and take pics, hehe. thats always the problem!
