Coprinellus xanthothrix

Overcast weather has blanketed Aceh in the last two days, rain also often falls to wet the earth. I didn't see the sun for an hour at 10 this morning. My clothes were also damp from getting wet from the heavy rain.

I think this is my umpteenth mushroom featuring a model single. Chunks of wood spit out mushrooms from the cracks. I took this moment using a smartphone camera. The jagged white dominates the shape of this mushroom.

For mushroom lovers who already know the Latin name of this mushroom, they call this mushroom Coprinellus xanthothrix

I am touched, my favorite mushroom was chosen to be the banner of the fungilovers moderator report. This really triggers me to get the best mushrooms to share here. Thank you fungilovers.

My pleasure! Yes, that was a great post and cuper cool visual pleasures for eyes. Its a pity that the number of reports is less than the number of great photos that are published in FL. I could produce a lot more banners, like, dozen a day, haha!
