Today I'm so excited, because I just found some interesting mushrooms and I wanna show you all of them here...

As we know, most of mushrooms grow on the humid places and one of the habitats where they thrive is in the tropics.
And how lucky I am to live in one of the tropics Country like Indonesia ^_^

Last night it rained very hard at my place, I look outside the ground is still moist and the leaves are still wet from the rain. This is the best time to go out and looking for some mushrooms. ^_^

Some mushrooms are very short-lived, they grow fresh in the morning and soon wither by noon. Of course I didn't want to miss it, and immediately set out for a forest near from my house...

The first mushroom that I found was the Volvariella volvacea, it's small in size, but very charming. Lucky I found this mushroom in two versions, some are just growing and some are already blooming.

This one looks like it just grew a few hours ago, it's very small and still budding. The general characteristics of this type of mushrooms are brown and some of them have white spots on the top.

Look!! an insect landed on this mushroom, wow!! how cute they are. ^_^

And this one is the same kind, but has bloomed. Local people called this mushroom by the name "Ugai Nyogak".

After walking further, I found another kind of mushroom again. This mushroom has white stems and textured brown buds. I'm not really sure, but I think that it looks like Cortinarius, one type of mushroom that's not safe for consumption.

This fungus is also infested by insects. Hmm, why do insects like mushrooms?

A few meters from there, I found another kind of mushrooms. The color is pure white, from the stem to the bud, all parts are totally white.

Besides that, I also found a very unique type of mushroom. I don't know what kind of mushroom this is, it's very small in size, it's round and white in color. and this mushroom has no stalk

And lastly, I found an extraordinary kind of mushroom. It shaped like chili and reddish orange and sometimes the color can be red. This mushroom was identified as Podostroma Cornu-Damae. Although it looks very attractive, this type of mushroom contains toxins that are very dangerous for human's body if we eat them.
