Now see I want to know what this mushroom is. How to eat? Special healing properties? Rare or common? Only for a very short season? What parts of the world does it like to grow in?

I bet if you were able to cultivate it in enough quantity gourmet restaurants would be paying a pretty penny.

One lonesome cowboy. 😰 Should you have left it for it to naturally increase and grow a healthy family?
Maybe you can get the spores to spawn in the right substrate. Might be tricky though as these tend to require outdoor seasonal conditions.
