Hola, setero! Today I share some mushroom impressions from the last Summer macro sessions. Everything in this post came from my countryside place, I didnt even went to forest -- mushrooms came to my doors themselves!
Looks like a Snail Scout to me.
Same mushrooms 2 days ago. Looks like the nature cooked some mushroom noodles!
A cool looking maze-esque fungus.
Russula (grey-cap britlegill).
Leccinum auracantium - my fave mushroom find, always a pleasure to find this photo-friendly red-cap fella!
Besides that, they love to grow in families - that means, when you have found one, usually you can find more of them around. Which may (or may not) result in a basket like this. Very pleasurable!
A mature Ugly Milk-cap -- edible mushroom ideal for pickling. It loves to hide in the ground, under leaves and have developed a great masking technology - very hard to find! The pics better to be taken with a companion. Their caps used to keep water, so its ideal penthouse spot for little froggies.
And the last for today UFO / unidentified fungi object/. Hope you appreciate the delicate color contrasts in this capture.
Now, its time to part ways, I wish you good luck -- and Good Hunting! Oh, and Happy #FungiFriday to you! And a little reminder for new FL subscribers: we have a nice fun challenge at HIVE, hold by @EwkaW: #FungiFriday. I hope many of you will join, as there are only 2 simple rules:
- when Friday comes, share your fungi with us! post your own, original photo/drawing/art/food/anything-at-all of any type of fungi (yes, stolen images will be checked and reported !)
- add #fungifriday (not necessarily must be your 1st tag). that's all!
Beautiful clicks :)
Only one I got today. Really unlucky.
Snail has his work cut out for him. He must eat all of them before they dry up.
haha! indeed - a hard job, no lazy pleasures! 😂
The snail was hired as a bulldozer to take down the forest of mushrooms.
all these mushrooms look so cool and amazing ...
So much wild mushroom there sir @qwerrie and everything look clear shot. Excellent. The love thing when we live in village is we can find easily but I am not lucky like you find here. God bless you. Greeting from Indonesia.
