Sounds delicious! Since I've never tried them I have this burning wish to know: How did they taste? How was your experience?

They have a very mild taste not very mushroomy of a taste. Their texture is similar to that of cooked crab but the taste is almost like cauliflower. So these mushrooms are best used for texture in cooking since they have almost no taste to them.
