Cool, this reminds me of the lobster mushrooms I find around here. Lobsters attack white russulas and even chanterelles making them a delicious edible. White russula by themselves don't taste very good but with the lobster fungi they taste slightly like lobster meat. psx_20200904_074009.jpg

I've only seen it far up north but I would imagine your green ones taste the same if its eaten in Asia.
