Self control is really important so as not to fall into any bad habits among others. I know of some people who say they "can't sleep" without drinking alcohol at night. I guess, they really just fell hard and it came to that. Withrawal is hard if the habit's been years! And I get you on sugar "addiction". I can forego sugary foods/carbs for many weeks/months, but once I get a taste, I would get more cravings and before I know it, I'm hooked to carbs again.😫

Hahaha yeah the carbs really get you sometimes! We have great control for a while but then one slip up and boom you're on the train again lol.

Yeah the alcohol thing is scary. It's the most dangerous substance because of how easily accessible it is and how addicting it is. I'm glad I'm able to reign it in but I have to watch myself to prevent it from getting back into that bit of a rut!
