The book I read is "atomic habit by James clear" was recommended by a lot of people and now after reading a little bit of it I can tell you why it's so mind-blowing and full of lessons.
The influence of habits in life
Our good and bad habits have a strong influence in our life and it defines how productive and how worse we are doing in our life.
Having a bad habit like smoking, procrastination, overspending and various other bad habit only have negative impact on your life and take you down to the depths where it becomes difficult to rise, you don't live upto your fullest potential.

It makes you feel worthless and a total disappointment but when you have good habits like sleeping on time, discipline in your life, no such thing as smoking or drugs and you work on learning skill to improving yourself.
These good habits have positive impacts on your life and it helps you live to your fullest potential.
Now this author told us a brilliant way to improve our habits.
Make 1% better Change in your life a day
You can't expect to become successful in a day or can get rich in a single day so it's same with changing habits and improving yourself.
This author said we should work on small habits and should have a 1% of improvement everyday.
According to him if we improved 1% a day for the rest of year than it means by the end of year we're 37 times better like more improved in every aspect.
And if we're doing 1% worse in our habit every single day for the rest of year than it means by the end of year you'll decline to nearly 0% and that's where you think you have no ability, worthless and can't do anything at all.
It is like compounding everyday
We just work on improving 1% everyday and compound that for the rest of the year.
Like if you're overspending money than you should start saving that money every single day and it'll develop a habit of spending money on the right things and you'll be able to become financially good if you're broke.
All you need to do is just compound that small efforts of yours everyday and don't replace those good habits with bad ones thinking they might be easy to overcome.
The author said If you want to predict where you'll end up in your life, basically all you have to do is follow the curve of tiny gains and tiny losses and see how your daily choices will compound in over 10 or 20 years.
Wrapping Up...
This book is full of wisdom and great advices. I've only completed first chapter and learnt these few things I've shared with you.
So, it is good to start from today and find that "1% better change" per day and than we'll just compound that till we have positive and noticeable results, by the time we'll see results.. our habit will turn into our discipline.
And I hope you found this part interesting and would love to know what you think about it in the comments.
