Good, buzzing morning lovely Hive folk! How are y'all dong this fine September day?
It's another beautiful morning of waking up before the alarm goes off. Success!
A precious resource to be spent wisely.

I did notice that one moment of feeling like I just wanted to go back to sleep. I did acknowledge that for myself and the feeling dissipated right after. I know why it was there, I should have gotten to sleep earlier as I did, but I hadn't managed everything for the day yet.
I somehow felt that the acknowledging part was important - rather than just suppressing and shoving that feeling under the rug, as it doesn't get the chance to build up the momentum of resistance in that way.
My checklist looks prettier and prettier with each day! ^^

I'll try to get everything done timely today and go to sleep earlier so that I can get some more solid hours of sleep in.
Yesterday I was quite distracted and I did eventually still feel like I don't have enough time to manage everything I would have wanted to fit in a day.
I hope to be more focussed and more deliberate with my attention today. Especially at work.
10k steps is still a fail, but it was also higher than 2k. The actual count would have been around 4k, but pairing my smartwatch with the new phone reset the counter. Not that that's essentially important at the moment.
If you just so happen to be creating a whole new habit/lifestyle for yourself at the moment, do please drop a comment, I'd love to hear about your process, struggles and success stories.
What works for you? What doesn't? How do you work with your previously engrained thought patterns? Are you running into any kind of frustrations?
I might not be an expert to help you with your process, but I'm known to be a good listener, besides, I'm still going to be here for a while, so you know where to find me. xD
I intend to be a constant. :D Oh, look, Josie's waking up early, like any other morning.. what else is new? xD
Oh, well, I'm afraid you'll just have to strap in, get comfortable and get used to me being around here for a bit.
But for now - I bid you adieu!
Have a lovely, focussed and productive day ahead!

Music: some binaural beats to get the juices flowing and wake that brain up
I think that when we are struggling to do what we must, a little gamification in the right areas can help us get out of the rut.
Gamification is actually such a powerful concept. I think we haven't really even started to use it to its full potential and that makes me quite excited for the future. ^^

It has barely started here yet - one day someone will really get into it
