It's not happiness that makes us grateful. But, being grateful is what makes us happy.

It is about how we thank ourselves, to those we care about, to those we respect, and to people we don't even know at all.

You can start by being grateful for small successes;

• You managed to wake up early
• You enjoy the soft morning sun
• You managed to make your bed
• You did morning exercise
• You made it...
• You...
  There are too many things for you to be grateful for and it makes you happy.

Be grateful for these small successes, before you reach bigger successes later.

Wow, it turns out you've been there first. The place is amazing, isn't it? I really like the view of the Lut Tawar lake.
