Keeping fits: A great way to overcome Stroke

My respect to every members of this great community. I'm pleased to be here once again and i trust we all are doing great.

Today i will be sharing with you an important tips in life that make one keep fits, which is one of the greatest ways to overcome stroke. I wish you read to the end because all what you should know about stroke and how to be free from it will be carefully spelt out below.

Stroke

In our locality this is the talk of the day! Many persons are now victims of this disease called stroke. Sometimes i imagine how someone will just wakeup in the morning and he/she became a stroke patient, without any sickness.

Before now, it was usually seen around old people but today even the young ones are equally victims. This disease damages the brain due to the blockage of the blood vessels in our body system. Many persons has tagged it to be a rich man sickness while some said it's a poor man disease. The real truth can be seen below while i encourage you to read on.

The question is: Who is affected most by Stroke?

In my opinion, i would say that Stroke is mostly affected by our fathers and mothers or those who are advanced in aged. Reasons been that, i have seen with my eyes when an old man just slump while he was rushed to the hospital for helped. After 24 hours, the report from the hospital was, He's faced with stroked! We were surprised but couldn't help his health challenged. We tried all we could do medically, but our efforts proved abortive.

This sickness is very bad because part of the person is no more functional including the brain. The person's mouth is turn sideways and one of the hands dies not to talk of his leg. Right from the top down, part of the body will be affected.

• The person can no longer eat on his own.
• Can't walk without a support
• Can't go out and many more challenges found.

How to become free from stroke

This exercise keeps one free from having partial stroke. You should carry out this exercise every morning between 5:30am to 7:30am likewise in the evening. Stroke is not waiting for anybody but only when you don't have a free flow of blood pumped from the heart to the brain and other parts of the body.

Note; once there is a blockage in the vessel, this will not allow a free flow of blood to that part of the body and this will make that part to become death. This is the reason they said, "blood is life". I can not stop carrying out this exercise because it bring great health benefits to me and helps to exercise my hands, for easy free flow of blood.

Symptoms discovered when the blood Artery is blocked.

Whenever the blood artery is blocked, you would discover that 75% of what has blocked the artery will bring the following symptoms:

• It caused sweating
• It causes chest pain
• It makes one to become fatigue all the time
• It carries your breath up
• Strong heart bit

All these are the signs of having stroke so for one to be free from it, make sure you carry out your exercise every morning. You can juke, run, dance and even take a walk. All this can help you a long way to be free from stroke. You should also mind what you eat to prevent stroke.

You are absolutely right, if it is possible, let everyone be part of regular exercise, if exercise is good for poor libido, what are we talking, it will help prevent stroke yes it will because there will be blood flow to the brain
