Emotional hygiene

We live in a crazy time, that is creating for us a lot of speed, tension, anxiety, and anger. How can we help ourselves0 without getting stuck in all these negative emotions?

We have all heard the classic phrases that health lies in our head, and all diseases are caused by nerves, but not all of us have thought about it and realized it is true. It is necessary to take care of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Peace and tranquility in our inner world is guaranteed only by the balance between all the visible and invisible systems of our body, so we need to take care of all of them.

The biochemical processes in the brain depend on the thoughts in our head. Both negative thoughts and nasty words that we say every day can poison us and others and acidify the medium of our bodies. Since then, even its biochemical indicators will change in the long run, and the acidic environment will allow the development of all kinds of vascular and heart, oncological diseases. It is in our power to choose what thoughts to think and what words to speak: criticizing, accusing or consoling, soothing.

By the way, all the damage goes not to the one to whom those words are sent, but to the one whose thoughts and words are. So think very carefully before cursing yourself or someone else.

In order to control the accumulation of anxiety and fear and improve our psychological and at the same time physical well-being, the first step to take is to realize that anxiety, fear and intrusive negative thoughts pollute our brain, change biochemical processes to our disadvantage and caused stress weakens our immune system.

However, each person has the power to control their thoughts to stop polluting themselves with toxins. Where to start? First of all, from emotional hygiene, from overcoming negative emotions. This can be called emotional cleansing. Emotional hygiene will help patch the holes through which intrusive thoughts, anxiety, fears, etc. enter our head.

Like anywhere else, the law of physics applies: there is no empty space, it must be filled with something. Therefore, after the emotions are exhausted, it is NECESSARY to fill the empty space with positive emotions. It can be GRATITUDE to yourself and others, to God and Creation. It could just be good memories. It can be being here and now, consciously enjoying the blue sky, chirping birds, good deeds, etc...

Every destructive thought has its own destructive form, like space debris, which is very dangerous for astronauts because it can damage the space suit. So are human thoughts. They are invisible, but very clearly felt in the whole body, because thoughts also have their own waves, their own frequency. There really is a difference between sitting next to a bright person and sitting next to a person full of hatred and bitterness.

First stop fighting life and just let it happen. Second, change your attitude towards stress and this stressful situation: instead of worrying, find the answer within yourself, what you can learn from this situation.

People often have no idea what powers they really have and how, knowing certain methods, they can radically change their lives.
