True, I used to feel the same and kept holding onto it for a long time.

As I mentioned I changed it the hard way. Situations had put me in such circumstances that there was no way of escaping from that.

Still some pieces of advice:

  1. Search for the bad effects of this problem and read the horrible outcomes as much as you can, this would push you to take a decision to avoid this as early as possible.

  2. Occupy yourself officially to something for which you must get out of bed early and it would balance the other part easily.

(When I was in my teenage my mom used to send me to teachers on the morning batches in spite of the evening ones available. So I had no way back, engage yourself in something like that if you can.)
