RE: My Evolving Relationship with Food

You do look amazing! Even better in real life hehe.
Where do you get your shroomie 'coffee' ingredients? I'd love to know!
I'm working nights again and it will have me grab coffee and I really don't want it.

I was an absolute coffee addict. Meaning, I'd drink 8 to 10 cups of it every day (big mugs...) and all the sugar and creamer with it...
When I was back in Ireland, I just said 'enough' one day and instead, I'd drink 3 liters of water a day. I never really missed it!
And with the coffee, my sugar cravings went away...
In that time, I had my blood taken and urine samples...and the nurse was surprised because my blood sugar was very high, and I had just told her I didn't use any sugar.
I then informed her that it was all the sugar flushing from my cells. That this was why the blood sugar was so high. She actually thought it made sense. That's a win. When someone in the healthcare system is willing to have an open mind.
And I was right because not long after that, my blood sugar was back to normal.
I lost 12 kg, just from that. Nothing else had changed in my diet or activities...

Wow that's such an inspiring story - sugar can be a silent killer- it's both addictive and not good in high doses. I rarely have sugar, though I am a huge cheesecake fan! The mushroom latte mix is in Tierra Verde on 5th. The woman there makes it herself. It's 60 pesos for a small bag that serves about 10 cups. :-) ❤️
