My goodness, this is amazing piece man. As I know, the worst enemy a man can have is himself and the best friend is also himself... I down time alot of happening within the heart whisper to our mind and it takes sense of discipline and control to manage that enemy of yours at that moment.

Listening to ones self is difficult in times of distress and I always live on this quote, it is your mental picture that determine your actual picture, therefore feed your heart within good thought so that in a moment you are down you can fall back at the good thought within you.

How to get good thought rest in your mind is the work that needs to be done daily by surround your self with good friend and encourage you, listen to good piece and reading of article like the one I just read here.

Exercise your mind with good reasoning, this go a long way to affect you positively in terms of needs

It seems maybe you have a few things in front of you today and I'm glad this post has helped in some small way, even if that is to order your thoughts a little better and that helps you find the right mindset and attitude to carry you forward with more confidence and vigour.
