The intelligent human design is we are flexible and we can learn, but what we don’t use we lose to make capacity for what we use often

Gym - getting back to it slowly with lots of recovery days will be better than getting injured, like 2 to 3 times a week.

So much easier to learn the wrong than the right. And, so much easier to forget the right than the wrong.

My plan is for 3-4 times - every second day. Which means... today.
