RE: A Magnificent, Yet, Incredibly Far Fetched Story... It's All True Though!

Absolutely! Those whom we love most in the world should always be the ones we look after ourselves for most of all. As I approach 50 (next month) I am determined to live a longer healthier life that sees me remain in good health for much longer so I can be around for them.

Once I began to focus on being healthier, I did not think about doing it for weight loss first of all, I knew that if I stuck to all the goals I had set for myself, the weight loss would come in time. I could not believe just how fast the weight dropped off me once I set my life up in the right way. My energy levels are so high and I feel amazing for the first time in many years.

Because of this people have started asking me MANY questions. I find I am now helping many others both at work and my family and friends.

It has been incredibly simple for me. I focussed on reducing my snacks in between meals. I added some healthier foods to each mealtime plate. I started to skip some meals when I learned this has various unheard of benefits and once the weight started to fall away, I began to eat one meal each day. If I feel hungry, which neither I or anyone I am helping with this does, I will eat.

But I state loud and clear that even though the weight loss is a fabulous bonus, all of the other benefits I have received in my life were and are so much more important and feeling great is so much better than I remember when I was a kid. I guess at my age now, I appreciate this so much more.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I genuinely hope you are feeling inspired, the changes you need are within you, you are more of a superhero than you believe right now. I wish you all the very best wishes for a fabulous, happy, empowered future.

You've got this!!!

I think that's the secret to your success, you weren't looking to lose weight as your main goal, you were looking to feel better and that's more important than being at your ideal weight and by looking for that, the rest came in addition.

It is very good when you feel that you are helping others, it is great to feel that you are inspiring in some way, thanks for your nice and inspiring answer, greetings and a big hug from Venezuela.
