Back in time when i was a kid, we tought each other for this kind of stuff, good and bad also. We helped each other, or hurt, we accepted each other or rejected time to time. It was childhood filled with laughter and cry, once it was kindness once it was cruelty. Childs do the dirty work for this class not teachers, they should just superwise it to mitigate the harm.
About the teachers, i thought at Finland to be a teacher is a viable option on the monetary side, but i guess it’s not the case. Here in Hungary i do not understand who and why would want to be a teacher since their paygrade is a joke. I guess a simple food delivery guy can easely make twice more than them. Who the hell want to be a teacher within this capitalist world?
I agree, which is why it is terrible that they are making teachers intervene at the slightest "bullying" which is just normal child behavior.
It isn't bad at all - but the abuse that some have to put up with, might not make the money worth it.
It is sad.
