Caring for someone means you think that person is valuable. If you think a person is valuable, you want them to know it and care about themselves.

Absolutely! And the funny thing is we forget sometimes to extend that to ourselves.
We are valuable too & once we realize that, we can fill our own cup & show up for others in a much more positive way! :)
