The wolf represents, many different things. She is fierce, when she needs to be and gentle when it's needed. There is also the wild and playful side of her. She is also very loyal and will fiercely protect her cubs and her territory. Today I attended a movement medicine workshop, "The Power of The She Wolf", which was run by a friend of mine. There was six of us in the group, which made it quite intimate. A few days ago, we all recieved an email, asking us to think about what intention for the workshop was. What qualities of the she wolf, we wished to call in and embody.
I went there, with a very clear intention. To call upon the fierceness of the She Wolf, in which to help me re-establish some boundaries. I say re-establish, because, they are boundaries that have never been respected. So I really felt the need, to empower myself. To find a way that would help me step into my power, so that I could be strong in my stance. As I may soon, be confronted with the person that has until now, refused to respect any boundaries that I put in place. So I went this morning looking forward to howling and roaring.
And I did.
We danced, during most of the workshop. Danced through some of our most challenging life experiences, whilst calling in the qualities of the She Wolf that would most serve us. As I confronted a time, when the wolf within me was tamed, it brought up a lot of emotions for me. I felt so vulnerable, as I was made to feel caged. So it felt good, to release them all, through dance.
I danced fiercely and I roared, as I let all those emotions flow out from me. As I was in that process, I began to think about how I could call upon this, when I needed to feel more empowered. As I was thinking, my movements automatically slowed down, they became more gentle. It was then that I realised, that although I did need to be fierce in my conviction, what is more important, is that I need to be gentle in in my interactions, with the said person. To stand strong in my power, knowing that I carry my fierceness with me at all times.
I yearned for independence, from a young age. Dreamt of running away, of making my own way, determined to show the world that I did not need anyone. And I did. It's something I am proud of, but it has also made it difficult for me to allow myself to be gentle. Today, as I danced, I discovered how to do that, whilst still holding onto my wild independent spirit. To no longer allow myself to get triggered and over react.
I got so much more, from this workshop, than I expected. So much insight, where once again I am being called upon to be more gentle.
Releasing the tension from within by dancing and howling sounds invigorating to mind and body!
Gentle side appears once frustration released, adore the She Wolf character descriptively showing both sides of many.

Thank you @joanstewart. It was a wonderful experience xxx
Upvoted 👌 (Mana: 40/60) Liquid rewards.
I feel you, independence has a heavy toll on gentleness. Let us continue developing our balance, we'll get there
Yes it is a heavy toll. Happy to be on this journey with you xxx
Normies happily project all that's evil about a wolf onto me, just cuz I have wolf in my name xd
and they even feel strong by doing it
not noticing how cheap and weak projections are.. ^^
It's crazy how they have demonised wolves. Such a lack of awareness and understanding on their part. Having Wolf in one's name is a blessing xx
especially in germany.. where wolves have been completely annihilated, destroyed, terminated from existence..
and now they come back >:)
and people already tell me they are evil, again
cuz they kill chicken and sheep..
well, if your chicken and sheep are not protected, the wolf finds them and just sees how UNNATURAL they BEHAVE (NOT BEING ABLE TO FLEE, ESPECIALLY SHEEPS - because of the fence..)
which makes the wolf liberate them from their unnatural degeneration...
and humans just think the wolf is evil and likes bloodbaths
on the other hand, farmers cry about evil wild (deers) eating their crops..
WHAT FUCKING CROPS, GERMANY ONLY PRODUCES FOR BIOGAS
ALSO: with wolf: THEY WOULD NOT EAT YOUR CROPS CUZ THE WOLF MAKES THEM MOVE, INSTEAD OF STAND AT ONE PLACE AND EAT THE CROPS)
It all plays together, dumb human
