You can't always tell if the grass if the grass is greener or not until you leave your location to check it out.
You could go there and it's not green enough but you water it
You can as well go there and everywhere is evergreen, your luck
And the last one which is not an option is staying in your comfort zone, afraid of taking risk and exploring new opportunities.
The decision is solely yours, but it is advisable to always step out of your comfort zone and face new challenges.
