Thomas Shelby is having flashbacks of his past, he stands sure about the upcoming death. The two women at the end each represent a different path he could take in his life. He gets spared, but the decision he needs to take still stands "You remember that God spared you. But what did you do with the extra time he gave you, eh Thomas?". This is the moment Tommy needs to direct his life, will he pick up the hat once again or choose the good path and end with all that evil?
