MY OPINION OF THE MOVIE.
I recently saw the ETERNALS movie, and to be honest I liked it a lot, I don't understand why the critics destroyed it so much. It is a story that develops its plot in just over 2 hours, recounting the events that span more than a thousand years, although at times it becomes somewhat slow, the development of its characters flows naturally, and its action scenes are very well directed both in terms of organic as in the digital, now as a fan of marvel I would like to present to you how the characters differ from the comic to the movie.
HISTORY OF THE ETERNALS IN THE COMIC.
The ETERNALS are a race of humanoid aliens created by Jack Kirby for Marvel Comics that see the light of day in the Eternals 1 comics in July 1976.
They also known as HOMO IMMORTALIS were created 1 million years ago by the CELESTIAL, to protect the earth from threats. Their main enemies are the DEVIANTS who share a similar origin.
Although it shares a lot of resemblance to its human cousins, the ETERNALS have a much longer life (although originally they are not immortal), they do not allow them to have much contact with humans, and their birth rate is extremely low, since when they cross paths with a human, the result will always be a normal human (with the exception of Joey Athena Son of Thena and a normal human, who seems to have inherited the powers of an eternal)
HISTORY OF THE ETERNALS IN THE FILM
Although the story in the movie is very similar to the one in the comics, it differs in some details. like they were sent just 5000 years ago by the celestial Arishem to fight the deviants, they also killed the last deviant 1500 years ago and this causes the group to disintegrate and go their separate ways. With the recent appearance of a deviant, the plot revolves around his reunion.
CHARACTERS
AJAK
In the comics Ajak is a member of the Polar Eternals who are based in Russia. he is also a man.
Among his powers is the manipulation of cosmic energy and complete control of his own cellular composition. this causes him to have indefinitely prolonged cell regeneration, along with superhuman strength and durability.
He can also fly, teleport and fire energy beams.
in the movie it will be played by Salma Hayek making the character female. In the movie she is the leader of the eternals who was genetically altered and sent to fight the deviants.
IKARIS
In the comics Ikaris was born 20,000 years ago in Polaria now known as Siberia. he is the son of the eternal Virako and Tulayn
His powers and abilities are super strength by cosmic energy, in addition to mental control over his bodily processes even while asleep this makes him virtually immortal, immune to disease and aging, he can levitate and levitate other people and objects.
In the movie he is played by Richard Madden there Ikaris kills Ajak when he realizes that she wants to go against Arishem's plan for the Emergency, which could destroy life on Earth. He betrays the rest of the Eternals and a fierce battle ensues.
SERSI
In the comics SERSI in a member of the fourth generation of the eternal daughter of the eternal Helios and Perse.

THENA
In the comics Thena was born in Olympia, Greece. Originally her name was Azura but her father Zuras decided to change her name to resemble Seuz's daughter Athena. She is a scholar and an innate warrior.
His powers are superhuman strength, speed, durability, stamina, agility, and reflexes. He also has complete mental control over his physical form, granting him virtual invulnerability and immortality.
He wields a bow that fires arrows of cold energy, and a lance of energy that surrounds victims with a ring of intense heat and light.
In the movie she is played by Angelina Jolie there. She also arrived with the other Eternals and suffers from a condition known as crazy tiredness derived from accumulating too many memories throughout her existence. He has a very close link with Gilgamesh and they live in Australia.

MI OPINION DE LA PELICULA
Hace poco vi la película de ETERNALS, y para serte sincero me gusto bastante, no entiendo porque las criticas la destrozaron tanto. Es una historia que en poco mas de 2 horas desarrolla su trama contando los sucesos que abarcan mas de mil años, aunque por momento se torna algo lenta el desarrollo de sus personajes fluye naturalmente, y su escenas de acción están muy bien dirigidas tanto en lo orgánico como en lo digital, ahora bien yo como fan de marvel quisiera presentarles en que se diferencian los personajes del comic a la película.
HISTORIA DE LOS ETERNALS EN EL COMIC.
Los ETERNALS son una raza de humanoides alienígenas creados por Jack Kirby para Marvel Comics que ven la luz en el comics Eternals 1 en Julio de 1976.
Ellos tambien conocidos como HOMO INMORTALIS fueron creados hace 1 millon de años por los CELESTIALES, para proteger la tierra de amenazas. Sus principales enemigos son los DEVIANTS quienes comparten un origen similar
Aunque comparte mucho parecido con sus primos humanos Los ETERNALS tienes una vida mucho mas larga (aunque originalmente no son inmortales), estos no les permite tener mucho contacto con los humanos, y su taza de natalidas es supremamente baja, ya que cuando se cruzan con un humano, el resultado sera siempre un humano normal (a excepcion de Joey Athena Hijo de Thena y un humano normal, que parece haber heredado los poderes de un eternal)
HISTORIA DE LOS ETERNALS EN LA PELICULA
Aunque la historia en la pelicula es muy similar a la de los comics, difiere en algunos detalles. como que fueron enviados hace apenas 5000 años por el celestial Arishem para luchar con los desviantes, además mataron el ultimo desviante hace 1500 años y esto provoca que el grupo se desintegre y tome caminos separados. con la aparición reciente de un desviante la trama gira en torno a su reencuentro.
PERSONAJES
AJAK
En los cómics Ajak es un miembro de los eternos polares quienes tienen su sede en rusia. ademas es hombre.
entre sus poderes esta la manipulacion de la energía cósmica y el control completo de su propia composición celular. esto hace que pueda tener una regeneración celular indefinidamente prolongada, junto con una fuerza y durabilidad sobrehumanas.
ademas puede volar, teletransportarse y lanzar rayos de energia.
en la pelicula será interpretado por Salma Hayek haciendo que el personaje sea femenino. En la pelicula es la lider de los eternals quien fue alterada geneticamente y enviada para combatir los desviantes.

Sus poderes y habilidades son superfuerza por energia cosmica, ademas de control mental sobre sus procesos corporales incluso dormido esto hace que sea virtualmente inmortal, inmune a las enfermedades y al envejecimiento, puede levitar y hacer levitar otras personas y objetos.
En la pelicula es interpretado por Richard Madden alli Ikaris mata a Ajak cuando se da cuenta de que ella quiere ir en contra del plan de Arishem para la Emergencia, que podría destruir la vida en la Tierra. El traiciona al resto de los Eternos y se produce una feroz batalla.

En los comics SERSI en un miembro de la cuarta generacion de los eternos hija de los eternos Helios y Perse

En la pelicula Sersi no nace en la tierra, ella llega con los demas eternals.
es una Eterna empática con afinidad por la humanidad que puede manipular la materia. Ha estado enamorada de Ikaris durante siglos. y juega un papel prtagonico en la historia.
THENA
En los comicsThena nacio an Olimpia, Grecia. Originalmente su nombre era Azura pero su padre Zuras decidio cambiarle el nombre para que se pareciera al de la hija de Seuz, Athena. Es Erudita y Guerrera innata.
Sus poderes son fuerza, velocidad, durabilidad, resistencia, agilidad y reflejos sobrehumanos. ademas tiene control mental total sobre su forma física, lo que le otorga invulnerabilidad virtual e inmortalidad.
Lleva un arco que dispara flechas de energía fría, y una lanza de energía que rodea a las víctimas con un anillo de calor intenso y luz .
En la Pelicula es interpretada por Angelina Jolie alli Tambien llego con los demas Eternals y sufre de una condicion conocida como cansancio loco derivada de acumlar demasiados recuerdos a lo largo de su existencia. tiene un vinculo muy cercano con Gilgamesh y viven en Australia.
