Hello everyone, I wanted to see some soft horror after the previous film when it was so good, so I looked around a bit and found this one which looked interesting. A psychological thriller with horror elements, paranoia and isolation. This one is directed by Chloe Okuno and is from 2022.😃
This film is about a young woman Julia who is played by Maika Monroe. She has just moved to Bucharest with her boyfriend from her usual life in New York when he has been offered a job in her home country. Eventually she begins to follow herself being watched by a strange mysterious man in the building opposite. Here there is tension that keeps you on the seat, even if the film can be a bit predictable at times, I thought Maika Monroe gave a good performance and was good at conveying anxiety and fear. The direction is good and the film manages to create a kind of discomfort and claustrophobic atmosphere. An intense experience and a well made thriller that I can easily watch again. This gets a strong 7.

Watcher is too good, a very well told thriller, with impressive direction and cinematography, it is a very artistic film and led by Maika Monroe who I think is one of the best Scream Queens out there; I recommend watching The Guest, It Follows and Longlegs, all starring Maika.
Oh thanks il check the movies out, i really liked this is surprised me :))
