Different writers have different writing tips that are very important to them while writing. These tips are almost like rituals, it's at the back of their head or on the palm of their hands.
Sometimes we can ignore the books, courses, and don't have to be too stern in writing and give ourselves more freedom.
There are many ways to write a screenplay and even more ways to communicate and show what you've got.

These are four basic tips I use that helps me while I write and it makes my writing better, easier and smoother.
You're not only restricted to these four, there as so many other great tips but these Four are what I always remember and what I use best.

KNOWING THE BEGINNING OR THE END.
For me, I believe if you have an idea, it is good to know the beginning or the end of what you plan on writing.
Most times before I write on and Idea I already know the beginning or the end, or sometimes both.
I know what you're thinking, endings can change, yes and I'll explain that.
So why do you have to know the beginning or the end?
The answer is simple, so you can have something to flow with. It's like a skeleton.
For example you have the beginning, that means you have a stage to write from already set, all you have to do is keep going forward till you get to where you have to think of and end and most times it just flows.
For example you have just the end, that means you have something to write forward to you have an "end game" to reach so you start crafting to get there. This is usually fun for me.
Now when you start writing to that desired end sometimes you might want to change the end, you can always do. Even have multiple endings at your disposal.
Now imagine you have both the beginning and the end already set up, now you have where you're coming from and where you're going to.
Don't forget endings most times Change and that is not a problem.

CAPTIVATING / DOPE OPENING SCENE.
I often take time in thinking well about opening scenes, because these are are what people see first and once the opening scene is captivating the want to see more.
Your opening scene has to be compelling, it needs to engage the audience.
This shows how important opening scenes are.
So how do you make your opening scenes captivating?
You need to be creative here. Either you're thrilling, funny or you go for the scary.
Most opening scenes do not give away too much they give the audience so much but so little little making the audience want more.
You can imagine the audience as hungry blood tasty vampires and your opening scene as a drop of blood on their lips. You know what's going to happen next? They are going to want more.
That is how important opening scenes are.
Opening scenes entails the texture of the movie and what to expect.
You can look at examples of different movie opening scenes to get inspiration and ideas from to know what that particular director or writer did.

CREAT PROBLEMS ON PROBLEMS
Tension. I love tension and you should too. This is what all movies are about conflict. Nobody wants to see a movie about a man happy all through his life, no obstacle to cross over, no mountain to climb, no tragedy? Just joy?
Even comedies have obatacles for the main character or characters to cross.
If possible every scene should have conflict.
Once saw a movie that made my head ache, so much problems all well organized and I was like "What's going on?" "why do you want to stress me like this?" despite that, it kept me on my feet I was curious what's going to happen next how is this problem going to be solved.
The characters get so close to victory and it taken from him, he gets so close again at his finger tips and it's taken away from him again.
When he finally achieves success, it's very satisfying.
So learn to insert conflict in your script. No body wants to see a girl meet a guy and they fall in love with no conflict.
It becomes boring.
Your conflict should be well structured not conflict without reasons or cause.

CREATING MOMENTS IN EVERY SCENES
Every scene matters and that is why it's not good to rush while writing. You should know that every scene counts. No scene should be used as an excuse to move forward, they need to me moments to move and engage the Audience. Scenes should offe twists turns, ups and downs revations, problems or conflict
Scenes that makes the audience cry, scenes that make the audience laugh.
When you think of scenes like this your movie becomes automatically good, scenes start to become engaging, scenes start to carry emotions and emotions keeps the audiences good or bad.
Love and enjoy the scenes and like I sad earlier they shouldn't be reasons to juts move forward. Stay calm and think.

These are the four basic tips I have at the back of my head while writing and they have come in handy for me over the years.
I hope they become of use to you as they have for me.
