Desde hace tiempo he estado con la espina de querer ver Under The Dome y este por fin fue el año en el que pude comenzar con esta travesía. Para mi ver una serie siempre es todo un compromiso ya que cuando ralamente me gustan me quiero hacer maratones y a veces hasta dejo mis deberes de lado. Esta serie no fue la excepción, me atrapó desde un principio y hasta que no terminé la temporada no la quise soltar.
For a long time I've been wanting to watch Under The Dome and this year was finally the year I could start with this journey. For me, watching a series is always a commitment because when I really like them I want to do marathons and sometimes I even leave my homework aside. This series was no exception, it grabbed me from the beginning and until I finished the season I didn't want to let it go.
Sabía que Under the dome es una adaptación literaria de la obra de Stephen King, sin embargo, el libro tiene más de 1.000 páginas y no soy de leer libros tan largos, además de que hay libros de stephen que me llaman más la atención, es por eso que para este caso me quise quedar con el formato serie de Under the dome, además, estaba segura de que sería buena porque Stephen de una forma u otra siempre busca involucrarse en todo lo que se relaciona a sus libros.
I knew that Under the dome is a literary adaptation of Stephen King's work, however, the book is more than 1,000 pages long and I am not a reader of such long books, besides there are books by Stephen that call my attention more, that is why for this case I wanted to stay with the series format of Under the dome, besides, I was sure it would be good because Stephen in one way or another always seeks to get involved in everything that is related to his books.
Esta serie trata sobre un grupo de personas que esta viviendo si día a día cuando llega un domo invisible que cae sobre ellos, muchos salen lastimados, nadie sabe que esta pasando y cuanto durará ¿y si ahora deben vivir bajo un domo para siempre cuanto vivirán? ¿Cómo cambiarán sus vidas? ¿Habrá alguna forma de destruir el domo?
This series is about a group of people who are living from day to day when an invisible dome falls on them, many get hurt, no one knows what is happening and how long it will last, and if now they must live under a dome forever, how long will they live? How will their lives change? Will there be a way to destroy the dome?
Es una serie bastante buena y que pienso que le puede gustar a cualquiera, la empecé viendo sola y poco a poco se me fue uniendo mi familia porque les empezó a interesar la historia. Esta llena de misterio y relaciones bastante interesantes... Hay cosas que se manejan de una forma que no había visto antes y eso me gustó bastante. Tiene solo 13 capítulos y es bastante adictiva, me la vi en dos días y eso que me detuve solo porque tenía cosas que hacer, si no, seguramente me la veía toda en un solo día.
It's a pretty good series and I think anyone can like it, I started watching it alone and little by little my family joined me because they became interested in the story. It's full of mystery and interesting relationships.... There are things that are handled in a way that I hadn't seen before and I liked that a lot. It has only 13 chapters and it's quite addictive, I watched it in two days and I stopped only because I had things to do, otherwise, I would surely watch it all in one day.
Hay escenas que son icónicas, como cuando el domo cae y parte a la vaca a la mitad (jamás olvidaré eso) o cuando Dodee toca el mini domo y sale volando (Al igual que linda cuando ella lo intenta).
Detesto por completo al personaje de Junior Rennie, es una acosador, secuestrador, maniático, esta completamente mal de la cabeza, y cuando estuvieron en búsqueda de la cuarta mano si me imaginé que podría ser é, pero parte de mi estaba en negación porque eso significaría seguir viendo su cara. Su padre tampoco me agrada, es una persona bastante corrupta y que nos oculta muchos ocultos.
Al principio me gustaba mucho el personaje de linda pero en la actualidad ya no es así, ha ido decayendo poco a poco. Confía en las personas equivocadas, piensa que está haciendo lo correcto pero en realidad lo que hace es arruinarlo todo.
Los hermanos McAlister (Angie y Joe) me caen bien, sobre todo joe me parece alguien muy inteligente, pero ambos tienen algo que no me terminar de cerrar en el asunto
Julia y barbie son mis personajes favoritos hasta ahora, la personalidad de ambos y las decisiones que han tomado hasta el momento han hecho que me caigan muy bien, sobre todo julia, por alguna razón pensé que su personaje seria diferente y me llevé una muy buena sorpresa. Espero que me sigan agradando conforme la serie vaya avanzando. Además, en el final de temporada están a punto de matar a barbie, algo tiene que pasar, barbie no puede morir... ¿Cierto?
There are scenes that are iconic, like when the dome falls and breaks the cow in half (I'll never forget that) or when Dodee touches the mini dome and flies off (just like linda when she tries it).
I absolutely loathe Junior Rennie's character, he's a stalker, kidnapper, maniac, he's completely messed up in the head, and when they were in search of the fourth hand I did imagine it might be him, but part of me was in denial because that would mean continuing to see his face. I don't like his father either, he's a pretty corrupt person who hides a lot of secrets from us.
At the beginning I really liked the character of linda but nowadays she is no longer like that, she has been declining little by little. She trusts the wrong people, she thinks she is doing the right thing but in reality what she does is ruin everything.
I like the McAlister siblings (Angie and Joe), especially Joe, I think he is very intelligent, but both of them have something that I don't quite like about them.
Julia and Barbie are my favorite characters so far, the personality of both of them and the decisions they have made so far have made me like them very much, especially Julia, for some reason I thought her character would be different and I got a very good surprise. I hope I continue to like them as the series progresses. Also, in the season finale they are about to kill barbie, something has to happen, barbie can't die? Right?
Estoy esperando con ansias tener tiempo libre para ver la segunda temporada, mientras, a la primera le daré un 4/5 estrellas ⭐⭐⭐⭐
