Hola a todos! espero se encuentren muy bien, en este post quiero contarles sobre esta serie que se estrenará el día 25 de marzo en Netflix Weak Hero Class 1, originalmente se estrenó en 2022 como una adaptación de el webtoon Weak Hero de Seopass y Kim Jin-seok, que se publicó en 2018. Se tiene previsto que la segunda temporada de la serie se estrene al rededor del segundo trimestre de este año.

La historia (sin sopilers) trata sobre Yeon Si-eun, el chico más inteligente de la clase. Un día él es molestado por Jeon Yeong-bin, el lider de un grupo de chicos que se dedica únicamente a molestar a sus compañeros, al principio Si-eun busca la forma de dejar pasar las bromas de este chico y sus amigos, pero al darse cuenta de que las cosas no terminarán tan fácil decide optar por otros métodos más agresivos, Si-eun es un chico débil, tiene poca resistencia y no hace nada de ejercicio, pero eso no será un impedimento para defenderse así mismo.
The story (no spoilers) is about Yeon Si-eun, the smartest boy in class. One day he is bullied by Jeon Yeong-bin, the leader of a group of boys who is dedicated only to annoy his classmates, at first Si-eun looks for a way to let the pranks of this boy and his friends pass, but realizing that things will not end so easily decides to opt for other more aggressive methods, Si-eun is a weak boy, has little stamina and does not do any exercise, but that will not be an impediment to defend himself as well.
Ahora si hablando con un poco de spoilers, necesito desahogarme, esta serie me ha impactado en cada episodio que viy es genial conseguir un drama que logre algo como eso, Conocí a este actor (Park Jihoon) con este personaje y quedé completamente impresionada, Si-eun es un chico de pocas palabras, pero solo con ver sus ojos me daban ganas de abrazarlo. No solo me parece el más inteligente (que lo es) si no también el más comprensivo de la serie, a pesar de vivir en un hogar donde ninguno de sus padres estaban muy pendientes de él creció como alguien bueno y leal, al momento de conocer a Ahn Su-ho y Oh Beom-seok hace lo que sea por mantenerlos unidos y trata de comprender el como se sienten y el por qué hacen lo que hacen, sin duda es un chico muy leal y honesto.
Now if speaking with a bit of spoilers, I need to vent, this series has impacted me in every episode I watched and it's great to get a drama that achieves something like that, I met this actor (Park Jihoon) with this character and I was completely impressed, Si-eun is a guy of few words, but just seeing his eyes made me want to hug him. Not only he seems to me the smartest (which he is) but also the most understanding of the series, despite living in a home where none of his parents were very attentive to him he grew up as someone good and loyal, the moment he meets Ahn Su-ho and Oh Beom-seok he does whatever it takes to keep them together and tries to understand how they feel and why they do what they do, no doubt he is a very loyal and honest guy.
Ahn Su-ho es el favorito de muchos, este chico que se la vive durmiendo en clase también es bastante sociable y es quien se acerca a Si-eun para ser su amigo antes que nadie, es una persona muy trabajadora, dejó el equipo de lucha para tener más tiempo libre para trabajar y así cuidarse a él y a su abuela, quien es la única familia que le conocemos. Su amistad con Si-eun me parece adorable, es una de las cosas que más brilla entre tanta oscuridad de esta trama, gracias a él Si-eun se convierte en una persona más abierta, mutuamente consiguen a alguien en quien pueden confiar, ese apoyo y cariño que no sienten de sus propias familias.
Ahn Su-ho is the favorite of many, this guy who sleeps in class is also quite sociable and is the one who approaches Si-eun to be her friend before anyone else, he is a very hardworking person, he left the wrestling team to have more free time to work and take care of himself and his grandmother, who is the only family we know. His friendship with Si-eun seems adorable to me, it's one of the things that shines the most among so much darkness in this plot, thanks to him Si-eun becomes a more open person, mutually they get someone they can trust, that support and affection they don't feel from their own families.
Sin duda la amistad de estos dos es de mis aspectos favoritos de la serie, más allá de las otras cosas que pasaban me gustó mucho ver que desde que su amistad comienza a ser genuina siempre están el uno para el otro y siento que para alguien que jamás ha tenido en quien apoyarse el conseguir este tipo de persona debe causar un efecto muy cálido en el corazón. Su-ho le enseña a pelear a Si-eun y Si-eun le enseña a Su-ho una parte de él y su personalidad que no le había mostrado a nadie más. Es una historia muy triste pero es bonito ver como incluso en medio de toda la adversidad estas dos personas consiguen mantener ese vinculo y sacar lo mejor de si mismos.
Without a doubt the friendship of these two is one of my favorite aspects of the series, beyond the other things going on I really liked seeing that since their friendship starts to be genuine they are always there for each other and I feel like for someone who has never had anyone to lean on to get this kind of person must cause a very heart warming effect. Su-ho teaches Si-eun how to fight and Si-eun teaches Su-ho a part of him and his personality that he hadn't shown anyone else. It's a very sad story but it's nice to see how even in the midst of all the adversity these two people manage to maintain that bond and bring out the best in each other.
Beom-seok es un personaje que me genera mucho conflicto. Es un chico adoptado y que está en constante presión bajo su padre adoptivo, viene de un pasado bastante fuerte y eso ha hecho que pierda completamente el amor por si mismo, solo busca la aprobación constante y eso hace que Beom-seok haga cosas y tome decisiones que hasta pueden hacer que detestes al personaje. Siento que no apreciaba lo que Si-eun y Su-ho hacían por él porque no sabía como hacerlo, es una prueba de que cuando caes tan bajo te pierdes hasta que llega un punto en el que todo tu ser se basa solo en apariencias, envidias y traiciones haciendo que pierdas incluso a aquellas personas que de verdad quieren ser tus amigos e intentar ayudarte.
Beom-seok is a character that generates a lot of conflict for me. He's an adopted boy who is in constant pressure under his adoptive father, he comes from a pretty strong past and that has made him completely lose love for himself, he's just looking for constant approval and that makes Beom-seok do things and make decisions that can even make you detest the character. I feel like he didn't appreciate what Si-eun and Su-ho did for him because he didn't know how to do it, it's a proof that when you fall so low you lose yourself until there comes a point where your whole being is based only on appearances, envy and betrayal making you lose even those people who really want to be your friends and try to help you.
Esta serie en su momento me la ví en tres días, pero fácilmente te la puedes ver en uno, son solo 8 capítulos de una hora aproximadamente. Al principio tenía la idea de ver un capitulo por día pero son tan buenos que no resistía y colocaba el siguiente de una vez, esta semana me la volví a ver para refrescar mi memoria y así estar lista para el estreno de la segunda temporada, la espero con ansias y espero que no me hagan sufrir tanto a Si-eun como en la primera, además estoy esperando algo más y si ya vieron la primera temporada seguramente ya saben que es, una noticia relacionada con alguno de los personajes. Si llegan a ver Weak Hero Class deseo que la disfruten tanto como yo, muchas gracias por leer y sin más nada que agregar me despido.
This series at the time I watched it in three days, but you can easily watch it in one, there are only 8 chapters of about an hour. At the beginning I had the idea of watching one episode per day but they are so good that I couldn't resist and I watched the next one at once, this week I watched it again to refresh my memory and be ready for the premiere of the second season, I'm looking forward to it and I hope they don't make Si-eun suffer as much as in the first one, besides I'm waiting for something else and if you already saw the first season you probably already know what it is, a news related to one of the characters.
