I remember when someone told me that my heart will feel warm when I watching this movie. Well ... I saw it twice and I still like it, maybe this will be my favourite list and I'll watching again.

I am one of the enthusiasts for Romance, horror, action, and thriller genre films, especially those that are based on real stories, it adds a plus to rush to see them.
The Intern, a drama, comedy genre. Officially released on September 25, 2015 by Warner Bros. Written and directed by Nancy Meyers, played by Robert De Niro as Ben Whittaker and Anne Hathaway as Jules Ostin. The duration 121-minute film does not feel bored for watching, even though the plot is only flat and there is no climax stories that makes you curious but the story feels like crackers, crunchy to be enjoyed until the last bite. This is like we see the reality of everyday life, about lonely old age, problems in the world of work, and household mistakes with infidelity, disharmony problems with parents, success story from zero, etc. All are still presented with a balanced story perspective and do not bleed on specific conflict.
The Intern film reportedly will also be adapted by a Bollywood film set to open in 2021 and will be played by Rishi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone after the official announcement in January 2020. We'll see if it will be as successful as the original film.
Synopsis
The film opens with a scene showing an old man, Ben Whitaker, practicing sports with many people. Then the scene moves to tell about Ben's daily life, how he spends his day, traveling, sports, reading books, going to the market, visiting his children and grandchildren, attending funeral services, etc. Ben is in his 70s, a widower whose wife died. Ben feels lonely with his life, the daily repeating itself. He said that actually he was not unhappy, but just wanted to fill the hole that made him feel empty with something challenging in his old days. Ben used to be a Vice President at the Dex One phonebook creation company for about 40 years.
In short, The Intern tells the story of an elderly man who applies for a job at an e-commerce start-up in the fashion sector. The company A-bout Fit was started by a young housewife Jules Ostin who was able to jump-start her business in 18 months, from 25 employees to 200 employees. All of that changed his life in a super busy circle. Ben Whitaker was not financially a person with a deficient background. It started with an advertising flyer that Ben read when he was out of the market. The advertisement for start-up Jules Ostin is looking for senior interns over the age of 65.
This is a contradiction between the millennial generation who must meet the old generation for a lifetime experience. From a series of interviews that were very different from his Ben past, starting from self-introduction video presentations that must send with any format, to interview sessions for different divisions, Ben was finally accepted as an employee at Jules Ostin's company and immediately became the CEO's internal companion. Jules Ostin initially refused when told by his colleague Cameron that he was recruiting an internal employee who was 70 years old and would be alongside her, but was forced to accept the idea. This is a challenge for Ben to start being open to technology as well as various social media as a bridge to the e-commerce business where he works.
At first Ben's arrival doesn't get the attention of Jules and everyone else. Jules assumes that Ben's job will have no effect on his company despite his advanced age. Jules will only send him an email if there is any job for Ben. At first Ben was mostly unemployed if he didn't have an email or phone to tell him about the work to be done. He took the initiative to help other coworkers 'work, and it caught Jules' attention. Ben is a person who is highly dedicated to a job. Until one day Ben really got a plus point when he cleared up Jules' table which was full of piles of goods by arriving early. From there Ben began to get the attention of Jules and other colleagues. Such a nice person and everyone perceives him as the "uncle" there. Asking for advice, or just sharing stories. That's when Ben also meets Fiona, a woman who brings his day back to life.
Gradually the situation changed, Ben, who was initially not considered to be the main figure in the company, was not only a matter of work but also a friend, I mean Best Friend to Jules Ostin, even Ben was there when Jules had problems with her husband.
She's the Boss but He's the star... that's Ben!
Will not regret to be watching this movie and there is no feeling of boredom until the last minute, throughout the film we will make our own smiles with some intriguing scenes. Each player is given a balanced portion, and that's why even though the main characters are Ben and Jules, we won't forget every figure that is there. For me, the value for 8 is worth it for this movie. I love the character of Ben also Peige (The Jules Ostin daughter) she's so adorable and she is a clone of Jules Ostin 😂 as Ben said. Just the character of Matt's, Jules Ostin husband that I don't like, I think he doesn't deserve as Jules Ostin husband 😔.
This is my review based on my personal mindset, opinion and the deep feeling when watching "The Intern" movie. Much love for this movie, melting my heart 💚.
