Es dirigida por Stephen Chbosky, se estreno en 2017, pero desde que llegó a Netflix en 2020, se ha convertido en un boom,utilizado para charlas, a nivel educativo y demas ya que esta llena de muchos valores y enseñanzas con una emocionante historia de crecimiento y superación, cuenta la historia de un niño de 10 años llamado Auggie Pullman (Jacob Tremblay) , que sufre el Síndrome de Treacher Collins.
Se trata de una malformación congénita rara que afecta al desarrollo facial. Por ello, Auggie ha sido sometido a 27 cirugías para poder respirar, ver y oír, pero ninguna de ellas lo hace lucir como un «niño normal».

En definitiva una película súper cálida, emotiva, llena de enseñanzas que la recomiendo al 100 %.
