In my personal opinion, I think this movie (The Mitchells VS The Machines) is the best, it is an incredible movie where you can laugh, cry and hug your family. It also leaves you with an incredible moral of family unity in which despite our differences, we can live together thanks to the understanding and overcoming of each other.
On the other hand, I don't think Encanto is a bad movie, on the contrary, I also enjoyed it a lot, I recognize that in Encanto the animation and visual effects are incredible, to the point of immersing you in the plot, but it is something that for me, becomes a little repetitive. However, in Mitchell's film, the creativity goes further, with more cartoonish and not so symmetrical designs, achieving a style of its own, something that with a good production job, as this one was, is incredible.
I think that, despite not taking the Oscar, The Mitchells for me had a greater impact, as their creativity, colors, extravagance, is something that Encanto also has, but to a lesser extent.
