And, if I have no cousins! What do I do? | Review of the movie “Shahr zii aleasal” (En-Es)

Hello film lovers friends, I send you a “Venezuelan apapacho” from my little space on planet earth. It is a pleasure to be around here bringing you my appreciations and review of the Netflix film, known as “Shahr zii aleasal” or “Moon without honey”. In the world we see cases of cases, in love and in heartbreak. I start by saying like the protagonist Noor, “What love are you talking to me about?”.

You can find in the world every character, conceited men who believe they are the last Coca Cola in the desert and that in the end they fall like all the others, after so much choosing. Sometimes they choose from the worst, as we Venezuelans say. But, there are also women “interesadas”, looking for someone to tie the knot with for MONEY...MONEY. Love is a power game and the one who “apendejar” as we Venezuelans say, loses.

Love... love... love... Oh la la la

of spite, as we Venezuelans say, monsters. If you doubt me, observe the attitudes of a divorced couple, they go so far as to cut in half their children and in some cases their pets, of course in a tacit sense. As for the children, they do not care about their feelings and emotions, as mommy and daddy, they tear their soul and their life apart. After many visits to the psychologist, they can get over it.

Whoever has never had a rebound, does not know how to beat chocolate. The grief we feel when we are betrayed is such that we change completely. We look in the mirror and see ugly, this is because the monster escaped and is on the surface. If we let it, it is capable of doing anything. The rage and fury contained, we dump it on all the people close to us. Human beings can commit atrocious acts if they cannot control themselves.

Stop!...

The troop of friends arrives, to the defense, and the beers and wine appear. To sing karaoke until dawn with Ana Gabriel, and cry and cry "moco tendido", as we Venezuelans say. This Mexican singer is a specialist in spite. Together with her, "El cigarrillo", "Simplemente amigos", "Cosas del amor" and others of her repertoire, we released all the rage we felt.

Calm down!...

The spite of our friend Noor, in the movie "luna sin miel", for me she did not know how to channel it, I think I would not have dared to do so much. Maybe yes, maybe no! I'd better not tell you... He had me anxious, I thought he was carrying explosives. OMG, he did every mischief, what do I say mischief? He drove the boyfriend crazy. But this gentleman deserves it. With his I-didn't-do-it face, Hamad, as I've brought up many times, marries for the MONEY...MONEY, as @jcrodriguez says.

Tan... Ta... Tan... Hamad and Noor meet, and the game begins, the lies and manipulation. The neuralgic theme for me is the lie. Both want to capture the prey, but sometimes the hunter is married, as happened to Hamad. It reminded me of a famous tune by Jose Jose, known as "Gavilan o paloma".

"Poor fool..." Oh la la

They say out there, and I don't know if it's true, that when men go, we women have gone around twice. What is true is that when men and women meet, the game of lies begins. Both become so enraptured that they believe everything they are told. They marry, separate, divorce and out comes the monster. I think Hamad is right when he says, “Marriage is a failed business.” I mean, sometimes it is. To finish putting the cake on the cake, the sharing begins:

This is mine... it's not mine. And what do we do with the kids? That doesn't matter, then we take them to therapies with the psychologist.

[Spanish,Here]>Hola amigos amantes del cine, les envío un "apapacho venezolano" desde mi pequeño espacio en el planeta tierra. Es un placer estar por aquí trayéndoles mis apreciaciones y reseña del filme de Netflix, conocido como “Shahr zii aleasal” o “Luna sin miel”. En el mundo vemos casos de casos, en el amor y en el desamor. Inicio diciendo como la protagonista Noor: “¿De qué amor me estás hablando?”.

Se puede encontrar en el mundo cada personaje, hombres engreídos y que se creen las últimas Coca Cola en el desierto y que al final caen como todos los otros, después de tanto escoger. Algunas veces escogen de lo peorcito como decimos los venezolanos. Pero, también hay mujeres “interesadas”, buscando a quien echarle el lazo por MONEY…MONEY. El amor es un juego de poder y el que se “apendejar” como decimos los venezolanos pierde.
El amor… el amor... Oh la la
Por amor somos capaces de convertirnos en superhéroes y, por despecho, como decimos los venezolanos, en monstruos. Si dudan de mí, observen las actitudes de una pareja de divorciados, llegan a cortar por la mitad a los hijos y en algunos casos a las mascotas, por supuesto en sentido tácito. En cuanto a los hijos, no les importan sus sentimientos y emociones, ya que mami y papi, le destrozan el alma y su vida. Después de muchas visitas al psicólogo, pueden llegar a superarlo.
El que nunca ha tenido un despecho, no sabe cómo se bate el chocolate. El duelo que sentimos cuando nos traicionan es tal, que cambiamos totalmente. Nos miramos al espejo y vemos feos, esto se debe a que el monstruo escapó y está en la superficie. Si lo dejamos, es capaz de hacer de todo. La rabia y la furia contenida, la volcamos en todas las personas cercanas. El ser humano puede cometer actos atroces si no logra controlarse.
¡Stop!…
Llega la tropa de amigos, a la defensa, y aparecen las cervezas y el vino. A cantar karaoke hasta el amanecer con Ana Gabriel, y llorar y llorar a “moco tendido", como decimos los venezolanos. Esta cantante mexicana es una especialista en despecho. Junto a ella, “El cigarrillo”, “Simplemente amigos”, “Cosas del amor” y otras de su repertorio, liberamos todo lo que la rabia que sentimos.
¡Calma!…

Tan… Ta… Tan… Se conocen Hamad y Noor, y comienza el juego, las mentiras y manipulación. El tema neurálgico para mí es la mentira. Ambos quieren capturar a la presa, pero algunas veces el cazador es casado, como le pasó a Hamad. Me hizo recordar una melodía famosa de José José, conocida como "Gavilán o paloma".
"Pobre tonto..." Oh la la
Dicen por ahí, y no sé si es verdad, que cuando los hombres van, las mujeres hemos dado dos vueltas. Lo que sí es cierto, es que cuando hombres y mujeres se conocen, comienza el juego de mentiras. Ambos se emboban de tal manera que se creen todo lo que se les dice. Se casan, separan, divorcian y sale el monstruo. Creo que Hamad tiene razón cuando dice: “El matrimonio es un negocio fallido”. Es decir, algunas veces es así. Para terminar de poner la torta, comienza la repartición:
Esto es mío...no es mío. Y con los muchachitos que hacemos. Eso no importa, después los llevamos a terapias con el psicólogo. El despecho de la amiga Noor, en la película "luna sin miel", para mí no supo canalizarlo, creo que yo no me hubiese atrevido a tanto. ¡Quizás sí, o quizás no! Mejor no se lo digo... Me tenía ansiosa, pensé que llevaba explosivos. OMG, hizo cada travesura. ¿Qué digo travesuras? Volvió loco al novio. Pero este caballero se lo merece. Con su cara de yo no fui, Hamad, como lo he planteado muchas veces, se casa por el MONEY...MONEY, como dice @jcrodriguez.

“Moon without honey” I liked and laughed too much with the follies of Noor. This is one of my favorite genres, where romance, adventures and dramas. Aha, I forgot and a lot of lies. A film full of color, music, culture and MONEY. It's the first time I've seen these artists in the cinema and I liked them. They achieved a feeling that, as a romantic woman, I always look for because for me they put more feelings, emotions that make the story real.

The environments where the plot unfolds are beautiful, with a lot of opulence, comfort and MONEY. Who would see the Paraulata, sailing on the sailboat with Hamad? Or dining by candlelight, or dancing to the music. OMG, on the seashore, in that beautiful sunset. Yes, it's the life I deserve. Believe it or not, there are many cases of honeymoon, without honey, without love. For money, power, and greed. This is not from another era, this is how it is and will continue to be in the world. Sometimes religion and family serve as the basis for these marriages.

When Noor, says to her friend Amal: What does someone who has no cousins do? Wuao, it's food for thought, they stay spinsters. OMG, thanks in my country, they don't force people to marry their cousins. Horror, mine are ugly. The one I was saved from.

Friends of #Movies&Shows, love is love. In spite of everything, it does pay to fall in love as many times as you want. Thanks to the fact that people still have no limits to love. There are no laws against it. I invite you to enjoy an hour and forty minutes of drama, adventure and romance. It is a Netflix movie, it was directed by Elie El Semaan and made in Kuwait.

[Spanish,Here]>“Luna sin miel” me gustó y reí demasiado con las locuras de Noor. Este es uno de mis géneros preferidos, donde el romanticismo, las aventuras y los dramas. Aja, se me olvidaba y muchas mentiras. Un filme lleno de color, música, cultura y de MONEY. Es primera vez que veo en el cine, a estos artistas y me gustaron. Lograron un feeling que, como mujer romántica, siempre busco porque para mí le ponen más sentimientos, brotan emociones que hacen que la historia sea real.
Los ambientes donde se desarrolla la trama son bellisimos, con mucha opulencia, confort y MONEY. ¿Quién viera a la Paraulata, navegando en el velero junto a Hamad? O cenando a la luz de las velas, o bailando al son de la música. OMG, a la orilla del mar, en ese lindo atardecer. Pues sí, es la vida que merezco. Aunque ustedes no lo crean, hay muchos casos de luna de miel, sin miel, sin amor. Por dinero, poder, y codicia. Esto no es de otra época, es así y seguirá siendo en el mundo. Algunas veces la religión y la familia sirven de base para estos matrimonios.
Cuando Noor, le dice a su amiga Amal: ¿Qué hace alguien que no tiene primos? Wuao, es para reflexionar, se quedan solteronas. OMG, gracias en mi país, no obligan a la gente a casarse con los primos. ¡Horror!, los míos son feísimos. De la que me salvé.
Amigos de #Movies&Shows, el amor es amor. A pesar de todo, sí vale la pena enamorarse las veces que se desea. Gracias a que todavía las personas no tienen ningún límite para amar. No hay leyes que lo prohíban. Los invito a disfrutar de una hora y cuarenta minutos de drama, aventuras y romance. Es una película de Netflix, fue dirigida por Elie El Semaan y realizada en Kuwait.

Sometimes love comes in unexpected circumstances and when you least expect it. It is not advisable to make hasty decisions when our feelings and emotions are running high. You have to let the waters calm down and try again. Or get mad like Noor and say, “You are a mistake in my life!”. Life puts us in the right place at the right time, and perhaps if we look away too long on what is not worthwhile, true love and opportunities are lost.

I recommend “Shahr zii aleasal” or “Honeyless Moon” for you to know the love story of Noor and Hamad.

No es recomendable tomar decisiones precipitadas cuando nuestros sentimientos y emociones están a flor de piel. Hay que dejar calmarse las aguas y volver a intentarlo. O enfurecerse como Noor y decir: “¡Eres un error en mi vida!”. La vida nos pone en el lugar y hora precisa, y quizás si desviamos la mirada mucho tiempo en lo que no vale la pena se pierde el amor verdadero y las oportunidades.
