[Eng/Esp] My opinion about Heretic: Is your faith stronger than fear?

Heretic seeks to make you think and question many things about religion, using real data that could disprove them to a certain extent, which can certainly bend the weakest minds. This man wanted to explain to the Mormons that religion does not exist, only the control that some people have over others, making them fall into different religions. This film is undoubtedly very suggestive, as you will be able to see it from different points of view. Whether you are a believer, agnostic or atheist, it all depends on the viewer

American Primeval (series): Gritty, dark, gory, and fast-paced

On the way she encounters a lot of people that she attempts to put into her employ and she ends up joining a caravan for protection along the way which is something that I would imagine was very necessary during those times seeing as how the rule of law was something that didn't really exist at the time. Once settlers left the protection of a city or fort, it was basically a free-for-all back in those times, with dangers from wildlife, gypsies, and Indians being a constant threat. A group of more than 100 people, all of which were armed seems as though it would be safe but since it is revealed in the trailer I don't mind telling you that things go horribly awry in that caravan and this is where we are introduced to most of the remaining main characters as well.

Anora Review: A Raw Cinderella Reality?

Anora encompasses many complexities, from the protagonist to the secondary characters. There are numerous topics to discuss, and I don’t want to give away too many spoilers since it just launched in Latin America. It premiered in the USA in 2023, and don’t be surprised if the cast has been awarded accolades, as it has been out for a while in other parts of the world. Nevertheless, as I was saying, Anora contains reflections that may require us to open our minds to comprehend the harsh and cruel reality portrayed, which is not pleasant to watch. It’s one of those painful realities that leaves us with a bitter aftertaste.

❝Mufasa: The Lion King❞ — REVIEW

I must admit that the soundtrack is crucial in the narrative, differentiating the happy scenes from the sad ones and creating a sonorous atmosphere that complements the visual story. But I personally didn't like any of the songs, being Disney I thought at least half of them would end up in my playlist, but it didn't happen.

Cris Miró (Ella) The story of the first Argentinean transgender vedette [ENG-ESP] La historia de la primera vedette trans argentina

Cris Miro, played by Mina Serrano, appears before us, accompanied by great actors and more than interesting interpretations. It is not difficult to portray a typical family of that time, and in that normality, the presence of Cris Miro stands out. We are shown her look at home, and when she goes out, we are presented with family gatherings that she does not want to attend, and a series of sweaty moments, where the whole family has seen a fight, or chaos at mealtime... The character of the mother is key and is very well achieved. It is incredible that in one chapter she generates a lot of anger with her attitudes, and you end up understanding and comprehending her suffering or her past actions. She vindicates herself very well.

Elle: abuse and seduction | Review and Thoughts

The rape is the opening scene and the one that engages the audience, it is raw, strong and violent, the actors involved convey their emotions and the direction in the frames of the scene makes you feel the victim and also the victimizer. As I watched in amazement as this film began, my thoughts were confused. I thought it was a situation where the parties agreed and allowed it. For a moment I thought the woman was enjoying it, but as the action progressed I realized it had been rape.

The Apprentice | Film Review

It is clear that the main goal of the film is to put a dent in the Trump figure. From the promotional trailer they do a text insert that claims to be the birth of a supervillain. I get a chuckle out of the whole thing. They insist on painting the figure of the current president as the most evil being in the world. Good thing a majority of the American people got tired of such progre nonsense.

#1 | Mejores Thrillers en Netflix: The Hater || Best Thrillers on Netflix: The Hater

This is a great movie. It's a slow-cooking drama. very much in the Fincher style with The Killer or Gone Girl. Here we see social networks taken to the extreme. We see how public opinion can be manipulated and violence can be created if you have a laptop, if you are resentful, and have a bit of imagination. The job that our protagonist takes on - thanks to being given free rein for vengeance - is interesting. I would have never imagined an application like that for social networks. I've seen how some celebrities get canceled for saying something silly or coming out as racist on TV. But this is another level. A group specialized in destroying someone's public image is demonic. I don't know if it's real, I don't know if things like that exist, but what you can imagine is usually only 20% of what actually happens out there in the real world. Watch this movie if you're looking for a good story and a unique protagonist in style. Calculating, tired of being the second fiddle. Get ready for a gourmet Polish revenge journey.
