Hello! As part of our ongoing efforts to improve both interaction and curation in the Movies and TV Shows Community, this post is one of many to highlight and boost members of the past week that have posted what we believe is exceptional content.

The Details

Each week, our Moderators will monitor the posts within the Movies and TV Shows Community and handpick the ones that are believed to stand out under numerous factors: post quality, length, and subject.

There are no entry requirements, and this is not a contest, but simply a roundup intended to provide additional exposure to all of you for your efforts. Just have fun posting in the Movies & TV Shows Community and five or more posts will be chosen frequently.

Review / Love was born from the moment I saw you born: Music for another room

I always take the stories into my life to know what I need to improve. You have to live and I don't know if I'm making myself clear but you have to live to live, not live for the sake of living or live for someone else. Everything has to be in complete balance.

The special effects are good, without being excellent, the performances are very good, except for John Cena who looks like a caricature, and the story is tender and refreshing, a bit old school like E.T. or Gremlins. Contrary to what I thought I would say before watching it, I recommend it, especially for family viewing.

Your Fault

In conclusion, I can tell you that the film Culpa Tuya (2024) has a lower level compared to the first film of the trilogy, both in its story, even in the performances of the cast, of course some of them were good, but others left much to be desired, it all looked very generic. The photography was very good and the soundtrack was good. Do I recommend it? As I always say this kind of movie is not for all audiences, it is aimed at a young audience, but it is always good to give it a chance, each person has a different perception, some may not agree with my opinion, but this is personal and goes according to my experience watching the production. Let's hope for the third one and that there will be a noticeable improvement.

Film Review: We Live In Time | Love and life only happen in an instant.

Are you going to cry? Probably yes and a lot, although I felt that the chemistry at the beginning of the film between Florence and Andrew was not that strong, it was the moments they lived together that made their relationship feel very special and at the same time leaves you with the feeling of how unfair life can be especially when you are living the happiest moment of your life. The cancer comes and gradually ends with Aunt's life and her desire to get better looks more and more distant, it feels very personal the process of the disease and see how it progresses, even one of the things that I found most incredible was that Florence Pugh agreed to shave her hair and become hairless just to make the process of the story feel more real and that speaks volumes about her love for acting.

Review: Babylon | The Dark and Unknown Face of Old Hollywood

The performances were another great success in this film... we will see Brad Pitt again in a new role, and here, his character, Jack, is a silent film star struggling with the advent of sound films... this actor delivers again a performance that is heartbreaking and at the same time absurdly funny. Margot Robbie as Nelly is also a very good addition to the cast, she is an aspiring actress, she really is one of the most remarkable characters in the whole film.. she is so full of energy and ambition that you can't help but root for her, even when she does things that are practically not good at all.. her energy fills every frame she appears in, I really liked her performance and even reminded me a bit of Harley Quinn. Then there's Diego Calva playing Mexican immigrant Manny, who gets caught up in this very chaotic world of Hollywood.. his performance is a little quieter than the others, but still gives him some depth, especially when he's caught up in all the chaos that unfolds. The cinematography is very good, there are shots that are simply beautiful, I found the camera movement fluid and at the same time vibrant...I think it does manage to completely immerse you in this world that feels so alive.

Light Shop K-Drama Review

Everything is so well packaged that I as a viewer was moved by the way they chose to come back to their senses or choose not to come back forever. I most remember the great quote ‘In the end, it all depends on the patient's determination to live’.

Saturday Night - Might as Well Triple Axel It

I must've had huge, spinning plate-eyes from start till the credits were rolling. From minute one, for me, it was a game of who's gonna show up next, and boy, they did not disappoint. Nicholas Braun was masterful, I thought, as Jim Henson (he doubled as the one-of-a-kind Andy Kaufman, but that's a tougher runner-up. For me, Andy's always gonna be Andy, and when he's not Andy, he's gonna be Jim Carrey). Dylan O'Brien as Dan Aykroyd took my breath away - at times, I had to remind myself he wasn't the real Dan. Matt Wood as Belushi - Christ, and the splendid Matthew Rhys as George Carlin.
