I'm a disaster on that subject, I saw some chapters subtitled in French and others in Spanish but the whole series with the original audio.
I just saw netflix bubble an anime movie and I started watching it in Japanese with Spanish subtitles and then switch to Spanish audio.
The changes are due to the level of attention that I can give sometimes I have to do something on the phone
