Es una película Venezolana dirigida por el también Venezolano Miguel Ferrari en la que se trata un tema muy importante hoy en día que estamos viviendo en una era en las que las personas han decidido liberarse y no seguir reprimidos a muchas de las opiniones de otras personas, su tema principal es sobre la homofobia, la violencia de género y la paternidad gay en Venezuela.
It is a Venezuelan film directed by the famous Venezuelan actor and director Miguel Ferrari, which deals with a very important issue today that we are living in an era in which people have decided to free themselves and no longer repressed to many of the opinions of other people, its main theme is about homophobia, gender violence and gay parenthood in Venezuela.
El actor Guillermo García Alvarado le da vida al personaje de Diego quien protagoniza esta historia o mejor dicho, cuenta la historia de un famoso fotógrafo gay ciudad de Caracas, con su pareja un doctor gineco-obstetra muy reconocido en la ciudad a quien Diego tiene que ver morir producto de una fuerte golpiza que este recibe por parte de unos hombres que no toleran a los gay.
Actor Guillermo García Alvarado gives life to the character of Diego, who plays the main character in this story, or rather, tells the story of a famous gay photographer from the city of Caracas, with his partner, a well-known obstetrician-gynecologist doctor in the city, whom Diego has to watch die as a result of a severe beating he receives from some men who do not tolerate gays.

Con el pasar del tiempo Diego debe de encargarse de cuidar su hijo (Armando) adolescente que regreso de España y al cual no veía desde que era un bebe y tenía que enseñarlo a tolerar y aceptarlo, para Diego es una etapa muy difícil por el hecho de que nunca cumplió el rol de padre y su hijo venia con todas la intenciones de reprocharle que no estuvo durante su crecimiento, con el pasar de los días y a través de la convivencia que tienen, Diego logra darse cuenta que Armando tiene problemas de baja autoestima y aceptación lo cual era otro reto para Diego el cual aprovecha para generar confianza en su hijo y así restablecer sus lazos de padre e hijo.
As time went by, Diego had to take care of his teenage son (Armando) who had returned from Spain and whom he had not seen since he was a baby and had to teach him to tolerate and accept him, for Diego it was a very difficult stage because he never fulfilled the role of father and his son came with all the intentions of reproaching him for not being there during his growth, With the passing of the days and through the coexistence that they have, Diego manages to realize that Armando has problems of low self-esteem and acceptance which was another challenge for Diego which he takes advantage of to generate confidence in his son and thus reestablish their bonds of father and son.

Lo único en lo que tal vez pueda diferir de esta película, seria en la representación de la homofobia a través de la violencia física, ya que quizás no sea el pan nuestro de cada día acá en Venezuela, pero tampoco se puede decir que no existe, debo reconocer que si existió un tiempo con importantes brotes de este tipo de violencia acá en mi país.
The only thing in which I might differ from this film, would be in the representation of homophobia through physical violence, as it may not be our daily bread here in Venezuela, but it can not be said that it does not exist, I must admit that there was a time with significant outbreaks of this type of violence here in my country..
Esta película es amena y fácil de entender para cualquier público por eso no voy a extenderme tanto en su explicación, además debo resaltar que el director de la misma es un CRACK, disfrute de ella de principio a fin sin aburrirme en ningún momento.

Esta es mi película favorita producida en mi país, y es una película que da la invitación al respeto y la tolerancia, hacia todas las demás personas no solo porque sean sexo diversas, sino también a respetar cuando no se coincidan con otras personas en otros ámbitos como religiosos y políticos en fin una película que deberían tener presente cada uno de los Venezolanos hoy en día en estas etapa tan difícil por la cual estamos atravesando en la que se han perdido muchos valores importantes como el respeto y la tolerancia.
This is my favorite movie produced in my country, because it is a movie that gives an invitation to respect and tolerance towards all other people, not only because they are different sexes, but also to respect when they do not agree with other people in the religious and political fields, in short, a movie that every Venezuelan should keep in mind nowadays in this difficult stage we are going through in which many important values such as respect and tolerance have been lost.
Además debo resaltar que ha sido premiada y conocida como una de las mejores películas del cine venezolano, fue grabada acá en Venezuela en sus hermosos paisajes de las ciudades de Caracas y Mérida.
