This movie is about a group of criminals with different skills, recruited by a man called prof. In other to execute the plan that he got from his father when he was a kid, but this was only revealed to Nairobi(Alba Flores), who was one of the criminals, as she became persistent on knowing how he came up with the plan.
The plan of the money heist was revealed to all the members, when they went to a remote town for training.
They got into the Royal Mint of Madrid Spain, as planned, while the prof was there as their informant on the outside.
However, they were surrounded by police officers in a siege, as they held all the occupants' hostage while buying time to print more money to be looted away.
As time went on, the hostages became determined to escape. Some escaped and were masterminded by Arturo(Enrique Arce), the director of the Royal Mint.
The head of the squad of the police Raquel(Itziar Ituño) was bent on capturing the leader of the criminals named Profesor, but not knowing she was already having an affair with him.
Her colleague Ángel(Fernando Soto) became jealous because he couldnt bear watching the girl he loves messing around with someone else. Out of curiosity, he decided to investigate the professor and that's when things started getting hot.
In his depressed state, he got drunk, and at the same time when he got the test result from the forensic lab, which tested positive.
He was calling to reach out to everyone for the good news when he was involved in an accident.
For me, this would have been the end of season one if not that he was involved in an accident. Poor guy, I felt for him.
