I disagree with you. This film was very poorly appreciated. They didn't understand the film itself. Everything is based from the mind of the Joker, from the point of view of a mad and sick man, who was also brutally abused by the guards.

The performances were great, I didn't feel it was a musical, nor did I feel it lacked logic in direction or plot. It was the Joker's trial as seen from the Joker's point of view. I particularly liked it a lot and enjoyed it to the fullest, I still don't understand the criticisms and complaints about this film. Cheers! 💕

Thats the good things about cinema, brings people opinion together, I really like the first movie although the second one didnt suit me, may be its just me who didnt get it from the right point of view but this was my first impression after watching it ✌️

At the end in my opinion Joker Folie A Deux is a bold and expensive experiment that doesn’t work,

Kind of. I think that some of it is open to interpretation and in my mind I was wondering whether or not the musical stuff even happened or if it was just a figment of Arthur's imagination while he was in solitary. He was fascinated with Harley and perhaps he just imagined all of it. I thought the musical numbers were entertaining but like most people I would have preferred if they had stuck to the theme that the original had.

As far as a trilogy is concerned, how are they going to do that seeing as how the movie ends the way that it does?

the trilogy stuff is from an article I read online when Todd Phillips said he is done with DC and if there is a trilogy wont be from him, besides some other inmate in Arkham taking the place of Joker, I did enjoy the first movie but was let down by the sequel, besides this is the second movie I did not enjoy from Phoenix on the same year ✌️

what was the other film that Phoenix did that you didn't care for?

has to be Napoleo, but not that I dont care for it, just a bit of a let down since its about such iconic character, I was expecting more war and less simping 😅

ah yes, I didn't even make it all the way through that movie
