un taxista es una pelicula de corea del sur dirigida por Jang Hoon y protagonizada por Song Kang-ho y Thomas Kretschmann, Esta basada en echos reales que ocurrieron en corea del sur hace varios años atras, nos cuenta la historia de un taxista viudo que vive con su hija, son una familia muy humilde y los problemas finacieros tiene a kim (nuestro taxista) muy desesperado, un dia sin querer cambia la suerte de este hombre pues sin querer se ve envuelto en los eventos del levantamiento de Gwangju en 1980.

Un dia nuestro taxista Kim Sa-bok escucha una oportunidad de otro taxista que alardeaba de un trabajo donde le iban a pagar mas de lo comun, solo tenia que llevar a un periodista alemán a la ciudad de Gwangju para poder reportar lo que esta sucediendo pues los medios de comunicacion estaban siendo manipulados y nadie sabia de los problemas que esa ciudad estaba enfrentando, Kim escucho esto mientras come y decide quitar ese trabajo por necesidad y asi conoce al periodista Jürgen Hinzpeter. A partir de aqui la cosa se pone mucho mas duro pues la pelicula nos demuestra la cruel realidad que vivieron esas personas, los estudiantes que sufrieron, realmente una historia desgarradora.

Kim heard this while eating and decided to take that job out of necessity and thus met the journalist Jürgen Hinzpeter. From here things get much harder because the film shows us the cruel reality that those people lived through, the students who suffered, a truly heartbreaking story.
La pelicula esta muy bien representada, transmite el sentimiento al 100%, los actores hace que simpatices con ellos y que te sientas conectado a ellos, como si los conocieras, realmente una de las peliculas mejor logradas de todas pues la direccion que tuvo fue magnifica, saben crear un ambiente de suspenso, sabe representar el miedo y la tension, A Taxi driver demuestra que no necesitas de enormes cantidades de dinero y efectos especiales para dar una pelicula a todo lo alto, incluso yo llore al ver las brutalidad policial y lo que sufieron esas personas, simplemente una pelicula que merece la pena, aunque la pelicula fuera del 2017 aun sigue siendo de las mejores. A lo largo de la historia conocemos a Jae-sik (un estudiante universitario que sabe hablar ingles y es el traductor entre Kim y el periodista), Hwang Tae-sool (uno de los personajes mas valientes y queridos) y otros mas, simplemente te identificas con cada personaje y lloras por ellos, de las mejores peliculas jamas creadas señoras y señores, A taxi driver.
Lo cierto es que A Taxi Driver: Los héroes de Gwangju fue la película seleccionada para representar a Corea del Sur en los Premios Oscar en 2017 y ha sido nombrada como la mejor película coreana de ese mismo año. Y no solo eso, sino que ha conseguido un total de 23 premios.

The film is very well represented, it transmits the feeling 100%, the actors make you feel sympathetic with them and that you feel connected to them, as if you knew them, really one of the best-made films of all because the direction it had was magnificent , They know how to create an atmosphere of suspense, they know how to represent fear and tension, A Taxi driver shows that you don't need huge amounts of money and special effects to give a movie to the top, even I cry when I see the police brutality and what that those people suffered, simply a movie that is worth it, although the movie was from 2017 is still one of the best. Throughout history we meet Jae-sik (a university student who knows how to speak English and is the translator between Kim and the journalist), Hwang Tae-sool (one of the bravest and most beloved characters) and others, just tell you You identify with each character and you cry for them, of the best movies ever created ladies and gentlemen, A taxi driver.
The truth is that A Taxi Driver: The Heroes of Gwangju was the film selected to represent South Korea at the Oscars in 2017 and has been named the best Korean film of the same year. And not only that, but he has achieved a total of 23 awards.
