One of the things I like most about cinema is that it allows me to know the historical facts that belonged to the life of a person quickly and in 1 or 2 hours I can have an idea about a character of humanity instead of sitting down to read a biography that takes me more time, although I know that not everything we see in the movies can be real always highlight the qualities and most important moments of that person.
The film about the life of Madame Curie begins with a scientific story that quickly turns romantic, where the force of attraction that is the chemistry that surrounds the bodies fuses them, turning a simple life story into something extraordinary full of passion and love. A spark that was ignited by a book that united the biological chemistry of the world between two beings.

Una de las cosas que más me gusta del cine es que me permite conocer los hechos históricos que pertenecieron a una vida de forma rápida y en 1 o 2 horas puedo tener una idea sobre un personaje de la humanidad en vez de sentarme a leer una biografía que me lleve más tiempo, aunque sé que no todo lo que vemos en el cine puede ser real siempre resaltan las cualidades y momentos más importantes de esa persona.
La película sobre la vida de Madame Curie empieza con una historia científica que rápidamente se vuelve romántica, donde la fuerza de atracción que es la química que rodea los cuerpos los funde, convirtiendo una simple historia de vida en algo extraordinario lleno de pasión y de amor. Una chispa que fue encendida por un libro que unió la química biológica del mundo entre dos seres.
A woman who faces an era where the female gender is underestimated and manages to overcome stereotypes to be recognized as a scientist, who travels from one country to another and changes her name for the only reason of her life, science.
As fate would have it, her passion for science leads her to meet the love of her life, sharing a passion for the work that unites them in ideas and projects. Scientific work requires a lot of patience, time, and dedication, the mixture of these components is the secret to success for everything, follow, fail, try again.
Marie and her husband Mr. Curie worked together, they lasted 4 years and used many tons of material to discover radium and polonium, today radium is used to reduce cancerous tumors and sometimes disappear them, popularly known as radiation, and is applied before, during or after chemotherapies. It is incredible that according to this movie, which is based on the life of this scientist, for more than 120 years, science has been searching for a cure for cancer and it has not been achieved yet, a little disappointing for me personally.
Una mujer que se enfrenta a una época donde el género femenino es subestimado y logra superar los estereotipos para ser reconocida como una científica, que viaja de un país a otro y cambia su nombre por la única razón de su vida, la ciencia.
El destino hace que su pasión por la ciencia la lleve a encontrar el amor de su vida, compartiendo afición por el trabajo que los une en ideas y proyectos. El trabajo científico requiere de mucha paciencia, tiempo y dedicación, la mezcla de estos componentes son el secreto del éxito para todo, seguir, errar, volver a intentar.
Marie y su esposo el señor Curie trabajaron juntos, duraron 4 años y usaron muchas toneladas de material para llegar a descubrir el radio y el polonio, hoy en día el radio se usa para disminuir los tumores cancerígenos y a veces desaparecerlos, popularmente conocido como radiaciones y se aplica antes, durante o después de las quimioterapias. Es increíble que, según esta película, que está basada en la vida de esta científica, desde hace más de 120 años, la ciencia busca encontrar la cura del cáncer y aún no se ha logrado, un poco decepcionante para mí en lo personal.
Marie and her husband are a couple who get along perfectly and manage to have children, but Mr. Curie begins to get sick as me product of the chemicals with which they had contact, presenting ulcers on his wrists, general malaise, and frequent coughing. Marie is a scientist who was afraid of hospitals caused of childhood trauma when her mother died, so she preferred to give birth at home.
They were nominated for the Nobel Prize for their discovery of radioactivity, however, the acknowledgment only mentioned Mr. Curie's name and he was very solicitous that if he was to be awarded the prize he would win it with his wife Marie.
In 1903 they received the Nobel Prize and in 1945 it was used in the bombing of Hiroshima.
She was a daring, strong, and determined woman who after being widowed returned to love, but with the wrong man, one who was married and who also gave her intimate advice for sexual satisfaction through letters that were disclosed in the media and disseminated, putting her reputation on the floor and being hated by women and men of her time, she was judged and humiliated for her moral conduct.
Marie y su esposo son una pareja que se compenetra perfectamente y logran tener hijos, pero el señor Curie empieza a enfermar para mi producto de los propios químicos con los que tenían contacto, presentando úlceras en sus muñecas, malestar general y tos frecuente. Marie es una científica que le temía a los hospitales causados por un trauma infantil cuando murió su madre, así que prefería dar a luz en su hogar.
Fueron nominados al premio nobel por su descubrimiento de la radioactividad, sin embargo, el reconocimiento solo mencionaba el nombre del señor Curie y el solícito que si le iban a asignar el premio lo iba a ganar con su esposa Marie.
En 1903 recibieron el premio nobel y en 1945 fue usado en la bomba contra Hiroshima
Fue una mujer atrevida, fuerte y decidida que después de enviudar volvió amar, pero en el hombre equivocado uno que estaba casado y que además le dio consejos íntimos para satisfacción sexual a través de cartas que fueron divulgadas en los medios y difundidas, poniendo su reputación por el piso y siendo odiada por mujeres y hombres de su época, la juzgaron, humillaron por su conducta moral
Opinion
I liked very much how Marie's character balanced a strong character with the delicacy of being a woman, I admire all that this woman achieved in such a difficult time for women in the scientific world, as a wife and mother, then as a young widow without forgetting her life-giving free rein to her passions without being deprived by what people will say.
The film seeks to present a balance between the benefit of their discoveries and the negative consequences they created, at the end they present images such for example that in Nevada 1961 they paid 50 cents to see the atomic explosion (I did not find real information of this fact) and also the Chernobyl Accident 1986 this did happen and it is public knowledge.
Mandame Curie at the end of her life used her findings with radiation to save many lives during the war, avoiding unnecessary amputations with the use of x-rays together with her daughter, who later also became a novel prize winner with her husband.
It is a film that invites you to continue researching the history and awakens curiosity in every moviegoer.

Me gustó mucho como el personaje de Marie balanceo un fuerte carácter con la delicadeza de ser mujer, admiro todo lo que logro esta mujer en una época tan difícil para el sexo femenino en el mundo científico, como esposa y madre, luego como viuda joven sin olvidar su vida personal dándole rienda a suelta a sus pasiones sin privarse por el qué dirán.
La película busca presentar un balance entre el beneficio de sus descubrimientos y las consecuencias negativas que crearon, al final presentan imágenes como por ejemplo que en Nevada 1961 se pagaba 50 centavos de dólar por ver la explosión atómica (no encontré información real de este hecho) y también del Accidente de Chernóbil 1986 esto si sucedió y es de conocimiento público.
Mandame Curie al final de su vida uso sus hallazgos con la radiación para salvar muchas vidas durante la guerra, evitando amputaciones innecesarias con el uso de rayos x junto a su hija, que más tarde también fue una ganadora del premio novel con su esposo.
Es una película que te invita a seguir investigando sobre la historia y deja despierta la curiosidad en cada cinéfilo.

Yo comence a ver esta película por el hecho historico solo que no pude terminarla, pero realmente me llamo mucha la atención la historia de esta cientifica en un tiempo donde gobernada el machismo y como tuvo que perseguir su sueño sin importar el que diran, una historia realmente inspiradora y hermosa.
A mi me mata la curiosidad cuando no puedo terminar de ver una película, 🥴, si mal no recuerdo ella fue la primera mujer en ganar un premio nobel, muy aguerrida y tuvo tiempo para todo.
Fíjate @dayna199019 que de su historia han realizado varias películas, la que reseñe fue la última versión.
