Hola comunidad de Hive y PeakD 😁🖐, ¡lectores, creadores y curadores! ¿Cómo están?
Este es el primer Post que realizaré por lo que primeramente me presento, Mi nombre es Yorwin Rosales, un apasionado de todo lo relacionado con las películas, videojuegos, anime, series y todo el contenido Geek que existe. En este blog estaré dando mi opinión, noticias, e información de relevancia relacionada a estos mundos (Subjetiva por supuesto no soy el hijo ni de Steven Spielberg ni de Hideo Kojima) soy un simple mortal intentado compartir lo que se pueda…Y que mejor manera de comenzar que con la nueva película perteneciente al DCEU (DC Extended Universe) o el Universo extendido de DC.
Primer aviso: Te recomiendo que prestes mucha atención al aviso anti-Spoiler para que no leas cualquier cosa que te arruine la película,

Suicide Squad 2 - Review con y sin Spoilers
Sinopsis solo por sí acaso:
El gobierno envía a los supervillanos más peligrosos del mundo (Bloodsport, Peacemaker, King Shark, Harley Quinn y otros) a la remota isla de Corto Maltés, infestada de enemigos. Armados con armas de alta tecnología, recorren la peligrosa selva en una misión de búsqueda y destrucción, con la única ayuda del coronel Rick Flag para hacerlos comportarse.
Suicide Squad 2 es una película que hace sentir que DC está por fin dando pasos en la dirección correcta, y nos demostraron que el éxito del Snyder Cut no fue un golpe de suerte que solo ocurriría una vez, SS2 tomo la iniciativa de no parecerse a ninguna película de super héroes que hayamos visto anteriormente en Marvel y no jugo la carta de romantizar al escuadrón como lo hicieron es SS1, sino que tomaron la decisión de primeramente como se lo merecía este tipo de obra, formar parte de la clasificación R para así sacar total provecho de los personajes y sus distintas personalidades (Siendo que todos son asesinos que matarían a alguien por pestañear) bueno… exceptuando a un pequeño grupo de 3 o 4 que si tienen un sentido de moralidad, un poco retorcido, pero lo tienen.
Si tuviese que destacar algo importante de la película es su originalidad. En los primeros minutos notas que no va progresar como la típica película de personas con super poderes, así que te puedo decir que si te gusta el Suicide Squad, está película va a hacer que te enganches a los personajes, de la forma en la que solo Harley Quinn: Aves de Presa supo hacerlo, lamentablemente ya no tenemos a Will Smith con nosotros pero seguimos teniendo un Cast increíble en el que destaca principalmente Margot Robbie como Harley, John Cena como Peacemaker y Idris Elba como Blood sport, al menos a mi parecer.
Tengo que admitir que al principio de la película tuve un poco de miedo debido a que estaba comenzando a parecerse demasiado a su predecesora, pero ese sentimiento se me fue arrebatado solo minutos después en lo que todos los personajes que habían sido presentado fueron asesinados en cuestión de segundos, siendo que eran carnada y poseían los poderes más raros nunca vistos y una estrategia igual de mala que la mía cuando juego Ajedrez.
Entonces, la película toma vuelo mostrándonos un equipo distinto con personalidad, con el color suficiente como para que nos quedemos enganchados, por supuesto con sus problemas psicológicos por aquí y por allá pero bueno, por algo forman parte del Suicide Squad. Hubo incluso momentos en los que fue imposible aguantar la ganas de reír como cuando revelan que Polka-Dot tiene serios Mom Issues, o Peacemaker dice su frase legendaria en la playa.
De cualquier forma, también hay momentos emotivos que no se sienten forzados y los personajes forman lazos que de igual manera se sienten reales y de verdad sientes como se vuelven compañeros.
Solo te puedo decir que, si te gustan las películas con mucha Violencia, humor, y personajes muy curiosos a los cuales te engancharas, Suicide Squad es tú película. no por nada recibió un 91% de Aprobación de la crítica en Rotten Tomatoes.**

Suicide Squad 2 - Review with and without Spoilers
Synopsis just in case:
The government sends the world's most dangerous supervillains (Bloodsport, Peacemaker, King Shark, Harley Quinn and others) to the remote, enemy-infested island of Corto Maltese. Armed with high-tech weapons, they travel through the dangerous jungle on a search-and-destroy mission, with only Colonel Rick Flag to help them behave.
Suicide Squad 2 is a movie that makes it feel like DC is finally taking steps in the right direction, and they showed us that the success of the Snyder Cut was not a one-time fluke, SS2 took the initiative to not look like any superhero movie we've seen before from Marvel and didn't play the card of romanticizing the squad as they did in SS1, instead they made the decision to first and foremost, as this type of work deserved, to be part of the R rating in order to take full advantage of the characters and their distinct personalities (being that they are all killers who would kill someone for blinking an eye) well.... except for a small group of 3 or 4 that do have a sense of morality, a little twisted, but they do.
If I had to highlight something important about the film is its originality. In the first minutes you notice that it is not going to progress as the typical movie of people with super powers, so I can tell you that if you like Suicide Squad, this movie is going to make you get hooked to the characters, in the way that only Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey knew how to do it, unfortunately we no longer have Will Smith with us but we still have an incredible Cast in which stands out mainly Margot Robbie as Harley, John Cena as Peacemaker and Idris Elba as Blood sport, at least in my opinion.

I have to admit that at the beginning of the movie I was a little scared because it was starting to look too much like its predecessor, but that feeling was taken away from me only minutes later as all the characters that had been introduced were killed in a matter of seconds, being that they were bait and possessed the weirdest powers ever seen and a strategy as bad as mine when playing Chess.
Then, the movie takes flight showing us a distinct team with personality, with enough color to keep us hooked, of course with their psychological problems here and there but hey, they are part of the Suicide Squad for a reason. There were even moments where it was impossible to hold the urge to laugh as when they reveal that Polka-Dot has serious Mom Issues, or Peacemaker says his legendary phrase on the beach.
Anyway, there are also emotional moments that don't feel forced and the characters form bonds that also feel real and you really feel like they become companions.
I can only say that, if you like movies with a lot of violence, humor, and very curious characters that you will get hooked on, Suicide Squad is the movie for you. Not for nothing did it receive a 91% review on Rotten Tomatoes.
